@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

@EE absolute scammers, I gave notice on my co tract on the 17th January and sent a pac code, Say I requested it to be deleted and my phone line is still active and have to give notice again. Robbing company to a loyal customer who spent £200 with them.

@EE It’s always awful. The next village along has 5G. I have one bar of 4G if I’m lucky. TN330SU. If no plans to improve the amount of masts or whatever it takes I’m leaving at the first opportunity
