I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

Sadly for them, kept the letter they’d sent confirming cancellation. Still took a couple of months for them to admit their error
