  @EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

  @EE we had an engineer come round to install an upgrade today. completely incompetent and constantly on the phone to a call centre who were of no help. left early and we now have no internet. Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another

  @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?
