  @EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

  Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

  When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help.   @EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing

  @EE I'm 54 only had a orange phone when it first started and binned the phone after a week ,there customer service was awful, so now EE/BT thought I'd give you ago , on o2 and since virgin owned it it's been the worst ,even there broadband is broken , I'll go into shop Saturday

  @JohnStokes0uk @EE A speed test doesn't show coverage quality. You can get good speeds in poor coverage just as easily as bad speeds in a good coverage (but congested) area
