Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.
