Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@EE Hello EE. This month I had a nightmare upgrade with Rude and obnoxious staff and it took 6 calls to get it done. Then on delivery by DPD I was dragged by the delivery driver becase I refused to let him take a photo inside me garage. EE can't do what it wants on my property!

@EE It’s just shocking service as far as I was concerned I had picked a date of the 25th as that’s when my existing broadband ended I had an email from Ee to say this is when there coming to sort it and no one came we called up to be told it would be a further 2-3 weeks absolute joke

@EE Good morning, I am currently deployed with the MOD, my contract is a upgrade anytime contract, every time I try and upgrade it says now suitable plan available. Been with EE 5 years and pay on time every month, terrible customer service and will not be staying once contract over

@EE EE is the best network for reception, but if you aren't fussed about wi-fi calling you might as well pay Plusnet for the same service, starting at £6 a month. You'll get free roaming too.
