    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @WhatTheTrans @HSBC_UK HSBC are a nightmare, last year my account was closed despite sending security info they wanted, said it was wrong. a month trying to sort the issue, while two departments argued who was at fault, and refused to reopen my account unless I took info into a branch during lockdown

    @HSBC_UK I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with your non working app. Online banking is no longer accessible without the app and trying to make the simplest payment using your phone banking is a nightmare. It's completely unacceptable to treat your customers in this way

    @HSBC_UK Chris - thanks for your reply but I don't see how the customer escalation team can help aside from resolving the known problem with the app. I see communications suggesting its fixed but I can assure you this is not the case. The lack of proper communication on this is very bad.
