  I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

  @o2 can you fix your network in Westfield as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90/Month and you don’t get basic network coverage inside the mall. Not a happy customer anymore.

  @lynne_lil_devil @O2 I had 3 calls before being told they can't do anything and that I need to go into a shop. Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.

  @kokeshimum @O2 Was in Estonia earlier this year, everywhere you went, no matter how remote the signal was booming. I drive 1m from my home and you start losing reception and that’s on the outskirts of Edinburgh; it’s pathetic and yet we pay more for a poorer service
