    @O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    @O2 :- it is a disgrace that central Swindon is not covered by 5G and that 5G+ is only useable outdoors in selective parts of the town centre. Worse, since you started to migrate to 5G parts of my house in Old Town, Swindon are dead zones. A premium rate demands premium service.
