@O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 great phone reception when speaking to your sales team but when speaking to your cancellation team the reception is so bad they can't hear me... coincidence? I think not! Mis-sold a sim card by @virginmedia and impossible to cancel it with @O2. Awful companies to work with.
