    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    You’d have thought, folks, that when I’d contacted @O2 the 6th or 7th time about the same simple problem, the call handler would have looked at the previous failures and thought, ‘hold on, there seems to be a problem, perhaps I should escalate it to someone who might fix it’

    @O2 Yes and I’ve previously replied in great detail too. I’m just wait until the ombudsman time frame starts before I take this lack of service further. In the meantime please allow your Customers adequate data.

    @O2 Misplaced phone, want new SIM. Your MyO2 website is a disaster sending me on time-wasting 'contact us' loops so I've ended up asking for help here on Twitter! How do I order a new SIM without my phone on me PLEASE?! It is NOT on MyO2 and there is NO Live Chat option on MyO2.

    Hi @O2 I have a new phone I’ve text Swap from the old handset - the network has now been disabled. however it’s not been enabled on my new phone so I can t call anyone. plus WiFi calling is not enabled and it won’t let me activate it - don’t know how else to contact you

    @O2 I'm having a problem. I went into my o2 to try and play my bill for this month and I can't see anything. And Aura says because of my account type it can't show me anything like that.
