Richard Morris (@richardmorrisuk) reported from Richmond, EnglandHi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

Send News!☝🏾🇧🇧 #StopTheCoup 🌹 (@smileyyearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, EnglandI've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.
-
Vìncere. (@VictorJ1987) reported from Brentford, EnglandThanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

-
David Chow 📶 (@davidchow) reported from Hammersmith, England@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

Jonny Harris 🇬🇧 (@thespacedmonkey) reported from Ealing, EnglandUnbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.
-
Neil Nutbeam (@NeilNutbeam) reported from Hillingdon, England@O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

BrawdyHawk (@BrawdyHawk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!
-
Ben (@Ben91530293) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Thought it was just me.. Kent is like a black hole when it comes to phone signal.

Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 Why? Are you going to solve this issue today of me not being able to make phone calls here in the US?
-
Andy G Nothings 4 Free 🇺🇦🇬🇧🇪🇺🇨🇦 (@Sportywagon) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Lived in Dulwich for years Never had any reception issues #JogOn
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Luke Alexander (@LukeAlexanderpr) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Go on your mobile data settings and turn your signal to “5G on” not automatic!
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
-
DJ Trademark (@DJTrademark_UK) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat Signal is **** near enough across Norfolk ffs !
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
James (@James62876216) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 14 years in power and it wasn't a problem then?
