There are many customers who’ve complained about these same issues with the app since it’s been updated; a quick scroll through this topic shows numerous responses from yourselves to them. Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
