@O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@JacobRogers666 @pye_in_the_sky @O2 I'd say to any O2 customer, move to Tesco Mobile (where they don't increase tariffs over term of contract) and used saved money on your coffee. For the same £10 a month o2 sim deal,Tesco give you a Samsung phone too.

Just had the worst experience speaking to @o2 Never had so much attitude from someone in customer service before. A customer for over 10 years and basically treating me like something on the bottom of his shoe!

@o2 why are you still sending bills when my mum has cancelled her account (twice) & was actually told the 2nd time she cancelled that she would be receiving a refund. This was an account she never wanted or needed in the 1st place but was given to her when she joined @virginmedia
