@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

Why is the 4G signal so slow and bad - I’ve really noticed in the UK is really works quickly and every image remains pixelated. And thoughts @O2 I mean I know you like charging £60+ a month but could I have a service at least
