Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 trying to cancel pay monthly data sim. No cancel form logged in to www. Cannot call 202 with sim in phone, calling fails, data works. Call landline and it cuts out after 10-20 mins. Please help

@O2 Most companies are using Covid to reduce support staff and let the ques build up. 02 for instance seem to always have 30 min wait time, knowing no one will wait 30 mins then palm you off with a CRM system, that doesn't even get close to addressing the problem
