@O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 someone fraudulently opened an O2 account in my wife's name, she this fraud with O2 and was advised the fraud team would contact her within 10 days,they did not. She continues to receive payment notice letters and this has effected her credit score. O2 have of ZERO help

@O2 Appreciate the fact these are terms of contract. I've just been let down by this. I started the discussion the same month I started using o2, it's been on going for months now. Wasted so many hours to get answers so now I'm stuck paying for a service which I'm not getting.

@O2 She was told that as it had been raised to the fraud team she would not be receiving anymore payment notice letters, yet received 2 more this weekend saying that this issue had been turned over to a debt collection agency
