The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@DavidAJTaylor @O2 Their solution is for people to reset their phones. If enough people have the phone off, you may get through. Where they say "good" coverage really means you have no service. Excellent coverage means you can get an occasional text. WiFi works.

.@O2 - when transferring in to an O2 eSIM, you deactivated the eSIM. This is now rectified by registering a new eSIM. Your support people say this is just how it works with eSIMs. However, my understanding from @Apple is a new eSIM should not have been necessary. Can you confirm?
