Lee 'Budgie' Barnett (@budgie) reported from Paddington, England@O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.
-
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@cgledhill @McDonaldsUK @O2 I think the more pressing question is: Why are you using a public wi-fi network?

Josh (@JoshBates) reported from Paddington, England@O2 I got this sorted doing this however this is really poor service. This should be an easy, self-service digital journey. Absolute joke that this took 35 mins for both me and your staff. Total waste of time. Please feed back.
-
Aled Smith (@AledSmith) reported from Camden Town, England@O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Don’t give me automated messages telling me I am overdue with my bill when I am not. Then sort out your customer support. How can your AI engine be too busy to ‘talk’ to customers. Rubbish.

لويد سا (@iLloyd_Sa) reported from Hammersmith, England@o2 can you fix your network in @westfeild #London as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90 pcm and you don’t get basic networks. Not a happy customer anymore.
-
Charles Howarth (@HowarthCharles) reported from Camden Town, England@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.
-
afia. (@julsbvby) reported from Paddington, EnglandIt’s only O2 that I’ll get my order delivered to store and it still goes missing @O2 never fail to keep up with their whack service.

-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@humantorch1036 @O2 @Ofcom Unless an issue is happening to a certain number of people, watchdogs, official bodies, etc. Do nothing. So they just plod along, counting numbers, with little to offer. Also, there is no such thing as, "An independent watchdog/official body" - they are in each other's pockets.
-
