    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    Having an issue this week where Monzo are blocking me from paying my phone bill on @O2 app and website and now seen @BBCWatchdog talking about @monzo and their customers suffering from randomly blocked and closed accounts. #WhatsGoingOnzoMonzo #concerned

    @BecksBDaniels Oh crap! I’m a @O2 customer too. Not brilliant. There should be any charges while using WiFi for WhatsApp.

    The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

    Is anyone else experiencing call drop outs and freezes on #iPhone11ProMax I have cleared cache and done soft reset, also had a sim swap @O2 but still having buggy experiencing overheating. I’ve checked online and have reset my network settings. Minded to pop into @Apple

    @O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

    @O2 a loyal customer of 11 years here 👋🏽 I am leaving your company because of many reasons.... one of them being you’ve outsourced your customer service to a new company which is quite honestly useless. Another being you do not value your customers. Bring on a new company 👊🏾

    @O2 why do my voice calls not come through when I’m at home and a get text message to say I’ve missed a call ? Checked network in my area and it’s fine. Phone ok as works everywhere else but when I’m at home. Please help.

    @TalkTalk @O2 We can’t use the landline as it disconnects the internet so it’s not even plugged in. Talk Talk are well aware of ongoing problem and NO HELP. Repeated scans confirm issues yet NO HELP. Request for engineer visit but NO HELP.

    @O2 your colleague Dane was a saint as he took me through swapping out my SIM for and eSIM. He was very patient as I tried (probably a bit badly) to explain the situation and the problems I'd had. Bonus for this guy ∆∆∆
