@O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)

Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

Have phoned @O2 Maybe 7 times in the last 3 months, as they are investigating a company called Fermdemia that stole from my account linked to my phone. Starting to wonder if @O2 is fraudster ferdemia in disguise! ‘Someone will call you back’... that old chestnut. #o2 #help #fraud

@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

@O2 Hi. No physical damage, no. Battery goes down to c40% by about 2pm, even w/ light use. If I'm alone & forget to put it on charge I'm potentially w/o phone when carers are away. Battery health shouldn't be at 86% after 9 months, right?

Claire Thompson

@O2 Accidentally sent emergency messages to people (by hitting a button on my phone too many times) a couple of weeks ago and have just found out they were charged at 54p each as they were mms - is this right? Surely this shouldn't be paid for in a real emergency?
-
Claire Thompson
(@confuddledangel) reported
@O2 If I'm honest I'm not sure! But I must have triggered something and my emergency contacts got 4 messages with photos, voice recordings, location etc. Brilliant if needed but I would have expected it to be free? It was going to keep sending them too until I realised and stopped it

@O2 1/2 #mentalhealth hanging by a thread here :( 4 hours on the phone today being passed backwards and forwards to your insurance team given different advice and now being told after being mugged a week ago that you still can't help, yet you have been taking £15/month insurance
-
Peter
(@PeterBeck1975) reported
@virginmedia @O2 Maybe you should concentrate on actually delivering what is now a “utility” type service to clients. We have an outage and the customer service is dreadful. Get the basics right before aiming higher.
