Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.
