@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

@virginmedia @O2 But if you’re an existing customer and don’t need a SIM, you’re forcing a new 18 month contract to upgrade. I’d pay £35 for the Hub4 and 1Gbps is available at the same price I pay today, but you won’t provide it unless I start a new contract… ‘computer says no’ - poor form.

Utter disgrace today from @O2. My wife spent FOUR AND A HALF HOURS on hold today and speaking to customer service advisors who knew nothing. All this was over her late Dad’s account which had £8.11 on it which hadn’t been closed properly. Worst customer service ever.

@O2 I just LOVE my signal dropping out every 5 minutes. Paying £35 a month for 1 bar of signal. It’s actually ridiculous how such a big company has so many signal issues.
