My Internet has died. Plusnet say it's a BT Openreach issue & it won't be fixed till after Xmas. But it's only a day till I'm away for 10 days so not too bad I guess.

Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

@Plusnet maybe in your pinned tweet you should point out your wonderful service doesn’t apply to #colonsay you seem to think it’s ok for elderly, shielding customers to wait until the 11th January for an engineers visit. Appalling!

Day 16 without any internet, and @Plusnet don't seem to be too motivated to solve the problem. Countless phone calls and two engineer visits and still no internet. I find it difficult to believe any issue could take this long to resolve.

Is anyone else getting a dreadful service from John Lewis Broadband? Since early November it keeps going slow of dropping out and I'm not getting any help that sorts it out. It's the same as @Plusnet but with no Twitter help account like @plusnethelp #xmaswithoutbroadband
