But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

Tim Easton (@timeastonco) reported from Bromley, England@toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

Options seem limited!!
