But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

No Internet in any of the bedrooms (in a bungalow) and even the lounge is continually buffering. Can't watch 1 program without it stopping after a couple sentences. Not good at all.
