    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

    Not a good start to the day when your Internet connection goes bonkers. I hate trying to unravel tech. But @Plusnet support were great. Phew.

    @Plusnet so much for your customer service you bang on about. Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. Complaint to @Ofcom next

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    @plusnethelp I've just noticed I cannot connect to my WiFi on my android phone in the front room of my house today. Wasn't an issue yesterday. Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

    @Plusnet How is it seamless when my perfectly working line doesn’t have any signal now. Plus net was supposed to take over yesterday and now my line is dead with no dial tone let alone any internet.

    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    Anyone else in Sevenoaks area having issues with @plusnet ? Was working fine until about 15:50, now the router connects, but all websites time out. Their site says nothing is wrong, but other checkers say there is a big problem.

    Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.     Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

    If yr a gamer AVOID @Plusnet Slow speed 100% Slow connection! Terrible provider! Its like they are stuck in the 90's for speed/Internet. Avoid for gaming 110%!!!
