    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out it’s locked and therefore can’t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... 😂😂

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.

    @Hanrahandsy Well I was trying to sign up to Plusnet and our sky broadband is just rinsing us for a crap service, for the amount we're paying we should be getting fibre broadband and have a newer router.

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    When I phoned the premium rate number it took me to @SkyUK she had a problem with her sky box and the number she got to call them on was an 090 number charging her £65 for 18 mins. From where I sit @SkyUK and @Plusnet are either incompetent or complicit in this and not looking

    @Plusnet We rely on our broadband and there has been so many instances that the service you’re supposed to provide us has been less than acceptable. Using our mobile phone data for work purposes to the point of being charged for over usage fees because of this. Please resolve this ASAP

    @zeninternet @dagaffer101 By far the worst service I have ever had tbh, I have given up complaining now and just waiting for the end of the contract so I can leave. Had @Plusnet for two years prior to this and always had perfect service. My line is perfect and yet continually get ppp dropouts due to LB

I predict you’ll get a reply that PlusNet are proactively chasing up the issue with their supplier followed by a statement that people with ‘no broadband’ are being prioritised. We have no broadband. But aren’t being prioritised.
