    @OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

    Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

    @plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

    @Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

    @CrowdSurfin @Plusnet Its been out on ch2 since 10:30 dsl connected but no internet. Plusnet awol, if they could just confirm they acknowledge the issue it would be less stressful but they just shut down phone lines. once city fibre launch I'm done with bt and garbage speed and customer service.

    @rbiondin1 @Plusnet You're not alone. Mine's been down since around 10:35 this morning. Sync is all fine, but no routing, and bouncing the connection gives the wrong (RFC1918 !) IP. Phoned support and their opening message says it's a general problem.

    @Plusnet cutting off your customers instead of announcing you had a major issue is NOT business smart. The entire country is affected. Make a goddamn statement already. How long are we going to be off??? Are repairs underway???? Is anything being done?
