-
Amanda Phillipson (@amandajp17) reportedIt’s driving me insane at the moment trying to sort out my parents phone and internet - at a distance because they live 200 miles away. @Plusnet your customer service to two 81 year olds who don’t understand the tech is appalling.
-
Liz (@Liz14752830) reported@TomK_Brit1993 No problem. Also a bit anxious about internet switch. Plusnet copes well with small buildings but EE is showing signs of cutting out whenever I walk past the router! Same £ to keep landline. Worse signal inspite of usually more expensive... Might be teething issues. How r u?
