@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow You said if you're mid contract on broadband there is little you can do. I’m month 6/24 @ plusnet. Called saying I was having problems and considering cancelling. They gave me free hub2 router, cancelled old contract no fee and my new contract is £1 a month less for 2 years!

There are rumblings that all resi will be moved after they've moved all of their SME this year. I've seen support drop like a rock recently and have a 1 hr SLA that is regularly broken!
