@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

@TheFatHippo57 @Plusnet Well, that was Plusnet. I have 200MB fibre to the property via another ISP for a fraction of the price Plusnet quoted for a service nearly 100 times slower. Plusnet basically didn’t have the information, or just flat-out lied. It’s one or the other. 1/

@narfcesca It is unfortunately! The more devices sharing the WiFi the worse it is. Not an expert but worked for Plusnet for a year and this came up a lot. Depending on your provider they should provide boosters to help you get WiFi connection throughout your house so worth speaking to them

@Plusnet shocking customer service. My 79 year old mother in law has had her phone and broadband cut off with no notice and no reason. Nice way to treat a customer at Christmas. Hope she doesn’t have a fall or anything because she has no way of calling for help

I cancelled contract with #Plusnet in July 2021. They made big cancellation charge. Still chasing me for more payments!! Do NOT take out a Plusnet Phone contract!! You can never stop them harassing & trying to get money from you! Very #distressing! #Fraud @Plusnet @Plusnethelp
