@Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!
