    @Plusnet I am a recent customer, shocked to find I wasn't informed about call charges and unable to change my call plan for 10 days because my account says I can't due to a bill being prepared for the 9th march!!! Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    I'm tempted to buy another Plusnet Hub One router and stick OpenWRT on it as a second AP for my home network. They're well performing n/ac routers that are only about £10 on Ebay. Shame they look like toys instead of srs bizness networking equipment.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I swapped to you to save money and whilst its cheaper the supply is shocking, 2 home school kids and poor Internet Fed up with calling, on hold for an eternity to be told I have to go online and do this or that. Sort it out

    @SharonYHaye BT. My son has BT. Twice in two years there's been a problem, each time a real live human answers the phone, takes details and gets the problem sorted. Done. I'm swapping from Plusnet to BT as soon as my contract's up!
