No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

Fibrus called at my door to offer the equivalent service for £25pm fixed for 2 years, free for the first 3 months and will pay any early termination penalty up to £450 - Plusnet would only reduce my fee by £2pm - woeful.

All went well until it stopped working. 1st person: told him it was a fault in his house, the engineer would visit in next 5 working days.
