    @Plusnet @plusnethelp No internet for 24 hours. What is going on #plusnet? These problems crop up every now and again with this internet provider and this is going to be the straw that breaks the camels back.

    @Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

    @Plusnet so much for your customer service you bang on about. Placed order for broadband on 13/10 on your advice as would be ready within 10 working days. Now you say it will be 11/11!! We need to work from home! Complaint been ignored. Utter shambles. Complaint to @Ofcom next

    So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

    @Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

    @nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

    @MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia I was with virgin media once, never again. They make it almost impossible to cancel too. I’d recommend PlusNet, my connection with them has always been really reliable, and I stream all my telly.

    @Plusnet have an ongoing fault on broadband for over a month now. No response to my updates on the fault report or my texts and queuing for over 30 minutes in a hellscape of awful snippets of Christmas songs get through on your phones.
