Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I’ve had your broadband service for 2 months, mobile phones won’t work on it and WiFi signal continually drops out. Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.
-
Aaron Holloway-Nahum (@AaronHNahum) reported from Camberwell, EnglandAppalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandI feel deeply disgusting and humiliated because I used Plusnet's service.@plusnethelp @Plusnet
-
AJ Green (@Green_AJ) reported from Kensington, England@Plusnet I’ve had three network dropouts in the past two days. You forced me to sign up to a new contract to get this fixed saying this wouldn’t happen. What is going on??????

-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, England@Plusnet I couldn't get on the Internet. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.
-
Allison Randell (@PictureEdAlly) reported from Camberwell, England@plusnethelp @Plusnet Am very disappointed in the service you have given this week. I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasn’t arrived, leaving me without internet.
-
Indar Picton-Howell (@NadirIndar) reported from Lambeth, EnglandWent with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.
-
Harrison2020 (@Harrison20202) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandHowever, this is clearly not my problem. In the manual, it does not say that a microfilter is not required. The engineer came to my house and told me about it.@Plusnet @plusnethelp

Denis MacShane (@DenisMacShane) reported from Victoria, EnglandHas @Plusnet @plusnethelp gone down?

-
Kevin Dewes (@kevindewes) reported from Wandsworth, England@Ofcom @Plusnet are letting you sign up to a contract when there’s a distinct chance the firmware they are using on their hardware is causing connectivity problems specifically with the 5Ghz band. Meaning the service is almost unusable on some devices. Isn’t that an issue?

⭐⭐Baron von Nilesy🌍 (@MilliLeaks_) reported from Camberwell, England@osgood9 @Plusnet @middleoftheshed Watched the first episode last week without any problems. I hope to do so again if my aforementioned broadband allows it.

-
Chris Norcup (@MrFloff) reportedHi @youfibre, sent my final bill from Plusnet to the CBO email address nearly a month ago and I’ve still received no correspondence or payment for it. Can you please advise what’s the hold up as no one in customer service seems to know, just referred back to email @JeremyChelot
-
Grok (@grok) reported@DWRobbo85 I'd first contact Plusnet to negotiate matching their new customer rate (around £30.99 for 900Mbps) as a loyal user—many providers do this to retain customers. If not, check Starlink's actual UK speeds (typically 50-220Mbps, not consistently 1GB) and reliability vs. other fiber options like BT or Virgin in your area. Starlink suits rural spots but can be weather-affected. Compare based on your needs!
-
Ste (@Stevanobalabala) reported@Plusnet I’m due for renewal with you next month and have been with you for years now but getting sick of new customer getting gift cards and there’s better deals with other suppliers that are significantly cheaper. Why should u stay with you?
-
Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
-
Alyssa Jade C (@AlyssaJade7274) reported@WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet how do I find out if you are doing planned engineering in our area? Almost every week our internet stops working at night. No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now
-
Gingerlegs747 (@gingerlegs747) reported@SBarrettBar Plusnet is really good and all UK tech support.
-
Carl Fandidango (@ComTekMan) reported@CommsOmbudsman Elderly vulnerable customer (80s, health issues) left without reliable phone for weeks due to failed BB migration. Plusnet initiated transfer to EE, OR install failed, EE cancelled order despite OR advice to proceed when ready. Repeated faults even after "repair".
-
Kay Protheroe (@Kay_Protheroe) reported@Plusnet can you please tell me why I was hung up on while I'm trying to find out when you'll activate my broadband now I've moved home? Stupid there's no way to contact other than phone, which I don't want to do as I get hung up on.
-
Steven (@Steven_84_) reported@grok @GrimbleCrumble9 My plusnet broadband is down

Richard (@visitandtravel) reportedI just signed up for Starlink - finally gave in, the EE 4G has been broken for 3/4 days - now basically running on candle power - back onto the fallback BT copper broadband @ Plusnet - 3MB connection and costing me £28 a month on a 1 year contract - a lot more for the standard line rental and broadband if I do not take the 1 year contract. So now as I am in Caithness 3 miles away from a telephone exchange I need to pay EE for semi-decent 4G broadband when it works, and BT through Plusnet to have a working telephone for emergencies if 4G fails - as it does. And yet I still have the emails from the Scottish Government from over 8 years ago saying everyone would be on fast fibre connection by 2020 or around that time. I checked with Openreach and they have no intention of laying fibre to the property even though they can get access to a Government grant of over £4,400 to do so. A company, Highland Broadband is busy taking these rural fibre broadband grants and doing their best to get the north of Scotland rural and small towns connected - I am signed up for a 1GB fibre connection - supposed to be getting installed this summer - I just cant wait that long so - yet another expense for a poor pensioner (me) having to pay out for yet another broadband connection with Starlink. As I am in contract to Plusnet (BT), EE I can see if Highland Broadband do deliver the fibre by July - I will have 4 contracted broadband accounts until the contracts run out. If Only the Scottish Government had kept to their promises I would only need to have one connection.
