Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

@SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

@SkyHelpTeam when my gas/electric/water supply fails, the supplier gets in touch with me to let me know they know about the issue, then give me a time that it’s going to be fixed by. Sky just say ‘Goodnight, Sweet Dreams’ and shut down for the night, in an age of WFH. Shocking
