    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyUK how do I get a new remote control? Our one no longer works & it’s making it really frustrating to watch any programmes. As a loyal customer of nearly 20 years can we get a replacement sent out please?

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

    @VeryCisEnby @SkyHelpTeam @FaustFury Firstly they won’t be paying anything because the service isnt active and secondly they’ve admitted working from home and have complained about loss of earnings, both of which are not covered with a domestic broadband product and are actually against TCs so hows about you do one

    @SkyHelpTeam The automated system tells me there is a problem at the exchange box, and they will send a text when fixed, I can't go any further to speak to anyone as the phone call finishes after that.

    @FaustFury @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Honestly, Sky's customer service is utterly dire these days. The amount of times I've had to phone them & have gotten a rude, unprofessional person. No point raising complaints because nothing happens. They just literally don't care about their own screw ups & bad attitudes.
