    @SkyUK you are the worst internet providers i live in Bexleyheath. the box never works the internet constantly not working and you charge nearly 150 a month for what you dont answer or are helpful in your call helpline your a joke of a service furious cant even get work done

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam I used the sky login process to create and link the Netflix account on my Sky Q earlier this year. I only noticed the ad the other day when my son was something on his kids profile. Never seen ads before on Netflix

    @SkyHelpTeam Continue watching on the Sky Glass playlist has been broken for ~1 week now. It's slow to update or just doesn't show programmes at all. Surely sky keep some techs monitoring the system over the Christmas period. Yes/No? Fix it.
