    @SkyHelpTeam I don't contact you often but we have been putting up with a terrible internet service for over a year now and ive been with sky over 21 years. I'm quite easy going but this is beyond the joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having now serious issues with both of my sky boxes every time I put a station on then try to change to another a blank screen appears even in the recordings getting fed up now

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

    @SkyUK 2nd day now no Internet. Can't get through to you guys as I'm in France partner is working from home and no help whats so ever . I tried calling and phone went dead after 15 mins . Your not providing me with a service I pay for . Bloody hate talking to your robot staff

    @SkyHelpTeam Appears to be an external line fault. Doesn’t help that we now have use sky phone data/lack of Sky on demand/Netflix/Amazon etc and no idea when the engineer will bother to go and fix it!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm a new customer. TV engineer did the installation on 16th July. He gave us a deal where we get Sky Cinema for free for 2 months and then it would be an additional £5 from then on. He said it would be sorted within a few hours but there's still nothing

    @skyhelpteam can you please confirm there’s a known broadband issue in G33 4PG please, last 24h we’re getting regular connection drops for a few mins at a time, affecting a number of hours (Sky and non sky) in our street.

    Absolutely terrible customer service from @virginmedia called and spoke to advisor who then put me on mute during the call then left it on mute without speaking to me or answering any questions. Helped me make up my mind as contract is ending so time to move @bt_uk or @SkyUK
