    @SkyHelpTeam The reason we can’t get through to the call centres is because we are trying to find out more info. Iwe just need a summary of why the outage is happening and some idea of when we might see a return. I REPEAT again - why will nobody tell us what is going on BE HONEST! COME ON!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam You can't check if it's possible to take 2 broadband deals at the same time or what deals I currently have? Nay bother, other providers are far more able to take ownership of customer queries or even book calls so the customer doesn't spend their time. I guess I expect too much.

    @SkyHelpTeam After the storm we have no satellite signal. Tried the checks and looked at dish and cables fine so assume it’s a misalignment. Booked Sky engineer and given 24/12 appointment! Guess your busy, but if we’re out of service for a month, can you move service to NOW?
