@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam why is your "super fast fibre line" not at all super fast, and I also don't have fibre to the premises like you said I do in my contract. Since day of installation I've had nothing but connection issues and high ping issues, but hey you won't do anything about that.

@SkyHelpTeam Been having broadband issues on and off since last night. Sky q box connects to router but not the internet (internet working on all non sky devices) when it doesn't connect to the internet it kicks itself off the router. Reset multiple times. Ss13 area.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to death of download failures and slow downloads - I have 500MB download speeds yet my On demand downloads take hours or just fail part way through. Sky Q clearly has major compatibility issues with other broadband providers. At the point of leaving
