    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I missed around 5 or so minutes of the race. However this isn't the first time my sky q silver box has done this and have asked Sky before if there are any software updates due or issues that have been acknowledged

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

    How can @SkyUK compete in the telecoms market when @bt_uk & @BT_Openreach provide a lacklustre service. I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

    @SkySports Well said keano. People dont like it because you say what you see. Carrick is just as useless as ole but ole didnt hang on like carrick the sponge. All the backroom staff have to go when ralf arrives but they won't. Sponging a wage

    @SkySports All we can do is wait and see .in @cr7 prospective though I don't see him being the problem of the team but he might not get the chance to play every game under the new coach though but am sure them will get along well.
