Total rubbish.

Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!
