    @SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

    @tina0402x @SkyUK VirginMedia are good when youโ€™re a new customer, Iโ€™ve been with them since they took over NTL but once your contract is up, thatโ€™s when it turns into a nightmare. They donโ€™t give a toss about existing customers. Every renewal is a fight & their offshore teams are useless.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK BT pulled similar **** with my elderly mum, they persuaded her she needed their WiFi net stuff at 40 quid extra a month. It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK And to make matters even worse @SkyUK will up the prices mid-contract by around 10% every year so it will be a lot more than ยฃ170/m by the end. Good luck trying to speak to anyone there. Unless you choose the option to cancel youโ€™re just left at the mercy of their chatbot.
