@SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

@SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

@SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam I don't contact you often but we have been putting up with a terrible internet service for over a year now and ive been with sky over 21 years. I'm quite easy going but this is beyond the joke.

@toby1139 @SkyHelpTeam Had the same issue - problem on Sky's side eith the update. A solution in the meantime is download the Sky Sports desktop app. Slight faff as you need to log in etc but worked for me and have now got the cricket on

@SkySports A lot of LFC haters on here, now the wheels have come off. We’ve had worst times in the past and i for one has stuck by the team. Yes it’s been frustrating but let’s get behind the team. Klopp has made mistakes but he’s also delivered some exceptional football.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, spoken to that team 4 times - still nothing, after hearing how good you guys are from us and that we’ve always had excellent customer service, not even three weeks in to their contract and they are not going to renew at the end as they have had such a bad time. Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam help! My SkyGoApp won’t run, as soon as I launch the app on my Mac it says ‘SOMETHING IS WORNG, THE APP WILL NOW QUIT’. Tried deleting and downloading the app again. No success.
