@SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

@SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

@SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

@SkyHelpTeam so, can you update everyone as to why your Broadband is down all over the country? Can't even access the Internet due to it saying a DNS error. That's the same for EVERY SINGLE WEBSITE I go on. You say you have resolved it, but it's not. I'm in CR7.

@SkyHelpTeam @OllieParker It might be time to stop lying about outages then. We know it's nothing to do with you, you're probably the work experience, but we're trying to earn livings out here, do admin, entertain kids etc, and reports that everything is fine when it's clearly rubbish don't help.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is slower than a snail today. And your online help service is completely insufficient. You can’t even run a test on my broadband connection without some stupid “whoops” message appearing. Apparently I have “super fast” broadband. You could’ve fooled me!
