    @SkyUK shame on you. Poor customer service. Having to cancel to get heard. Broken box but want to charge for multi room until an engineer comes 10th March. Unacceptable timeframe without second box #FirstWorldProblem.

    @SkyUK dreadful service from you. Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!

    @SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

    I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

    @SkyHelpTeam tried to get info on pricing and "expert" Domesal advised he had to cancel my sports package in order to check the price??which he did is there a number to speak to an actual expert :( that isnt generic CS -I can't keep waiting on hold anymore - chat was a waste
