Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? In the League of Ireland you get every game for every club for €95 for their package. GAA+ is overpriced and poor value for money. Would be much better if they showed more games without all the pundits
