@SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

Fuming, on a phone call to @SkyUK for ages to be transferred to a different department and the phone gets put down on me and when I try to call back they are closed!!! 4th phone call in a month because they can’t deliver what was promised on the 1st call 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Ah ok. Would be good to let the customers know when lines are open on the website or voicemails. Need help with reducing bills. Have been with Sky 11 years and my bill just went up by nearly £20 a month for no reason!
