    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @SkyUK Worst service I have ever experienced! Engineer unable to install Sky Q box - this is now the 2nd visit! Why send someone out that can’t install Sky Q , Ordered this service in MARCH!!!!!! Now nearly OCTOBER and still not resolved!!! #shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam @MissJonesxx Sky.... This is practically every night now!! RUN SPEED TEST Internet speed test: Megabits per second 0.82 Mbps download 2.94 Mbps upload Latency: 39 ms Server: London Your Internet speed is very slow Your Internet download speed is very slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

    @SkyHelpTeam It opened up a virtual chat but then I realised if I clicked a down arrow it got rid of the chat and the checker was available. Unfortunately the speed for the property I am moving to is too low (29mbps) vs Gigaclear (300mbps). I need at least 75mbps
