Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

@SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

@SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

@SkyHelpTeam Good Afternoon, had an openreach engineer today replace a degraded cable with speeds showing 80mbps on his test meter but still internally only receiving 7mbps wired and wireless connection. Router defaulted and problem still persists. Please advise ?

@SkyHelpTeam Never buy a Samsung Z3 flip from sky , known fault with the screen along the fold line . Sent mobile back in march after promise of zero cost for repair / new phone if not repairable , to be told I could pay over £300 to have it fixed .

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, Yes still having issues. It’s sky + i/Still the same problem as yesterday all the other BT channels are fine, except BT Sport 1 that isn’t working at all. I have rebooted the box, gone into services and settings, looked things up.. but have found no solution at all.
