    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

    Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

    @8gzd8k76nM @amcgarrigle1703 @SkyHelpTeam I have been told by Sky 1) not been set up correctly for the new broad band contract (2) router was faulty, but it wasn’t (3) need to have speed monitored but no change and no feedback. Finally, I was told that the ‘cap’ needed to be reset and they would get back. Never happened.

    @knittinghappy @SkyHelpTeam my main point was that anyone who is vulnerable is pretty stupid to only rely on one service. In fact if they do and have an accident then its really only natural selection with whatever happens to them really isn't it

    @SkyUK I am with Sky for TV,mobile and Broadband. I have been customer for 23 year's called yesterday to discuss my renewal as out of Contract quoted £30 no mention of Jan sale ,so I haven't renewed will look else where. So much for customer loyalty VIP .
