Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times?
