    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam i got a new sky tv service in December as part of your refer a friend promotion. The person who referred me received his reward I think in February but no sign of mine. I understand you are only answering emergencies during covid times, but how long should I wait???

    @SkyUK I don’t want 4G back-up (although I have it, provided independently). I want a service that works all the time. I have Sky fibre broadband. I will be cancelling it shortly because it is too unreliable for me to use it for work.
