@SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

@SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

@SkyHelpTeam how ridiculous to bump up to more than double the contract because a customer went 'out of contract' predicted bill was there only to be bumped when trying to take payments which caused it to fail but can't talk to anyone because the. Bill is unpaid grrrr

@SkyHelpTeam I've had no service at all for an entire week. Can't work, no phone reception so can barely use my phone and absolutely no help from Sky. I feel completely isolated from the outside world and its lockdown which makes it worse. Sky hasn't been helpful either!
