    @SkyHelpTeam It seems Sky are set up to easily enable new customers and upgrades but there is currently no viable help for existing customers. We have several issues 1) being overcharged or services based on current non sale prices 2) broadband nowhere near “guaranteed” level

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes quite simply that the service drops from the router as the led indicates no internet. I run a mobile phone infrastructure installation and maintainable company and most certainly know the difference between incoming broadband and Wi-fi installation from a router to devices

    @SkyHelpTeam turned up to install sky this morning at my new house and couldn't due to not going into houses. I have no problem with this but could have told me in advance. I am paying for tv I cannot watch and can't speak to anyone...

    @Dan_hardbeat @SkySports Exactly - not saying I celebrated but people on here did yet it’s okay for them when van dijk is brought back up. Both are bad but it’s the hypocrisy that’s especially annoying.
