@SkyHelpTeam delighted to wake up on Christmas morning to find our WiFi down. Troubleshooted through the steps & we need an engineer. 29th December is earliest, not best pleased when tv apps run off WiFi and we have a time at home. I get it’s a holiday, but no engineers at all?!

@SkyHelpTeam internet has been down all morning this Christmas. Test on app ahows outage on area but when I got to service status option it doesn’t show much, and area is actually green. Such a bad day to go down…
