@SkyHelpTeam Openreach say I has fttp. Your system says no. Why? I want to pay you more!!! Several emails and calls and not resolved. Last one to my wife was rude + condescending. Not happy. Due for renewal soon. If you want my business get it sorted.

@SkyHelpTeam your "How to cancel your Sky TV" help page does not actually say anywhere *how* to cancel, and the phone robot via your "I need more help" number asked "please tell me why you want to cancel" then immediately put me through to someone who says they can't help!
