    @jonnyw11 @SkyHelpTeam You’ll either have to cancel and re-order on your TV account but you’ll be w/o internet for 2/3 weeks or cancel the TV and re-order on your internet account, be w/o TV for 1/2 weeks or more and lose your tenure. You’ve rogered it so probably best leave it

    @SkyHelpTeam I am still currently a Broadband Customer with Sky, but I am switching to a new provider. I can't lie though I am very worried about it. Since speaking to a Salesman at my door about it on Thursday, I am still yet to receive any correspondence about it. (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear, finally on Thursday was able to get through, booked for a BT Open Reach engineer to fix the outside cable, only for today to arrive. You’ve sent a Sky Engineer who CANNOT fix the problem because it’s the outside cable. Why are you guys so hopeless?
