@SkyHelpTeam not impressed - called to recontract. Was made a decent offer but told I have to pay a £20 admin fee for the privilege of entering into another 18 month contract with you. Been with you for 21 years. Time to cancel?

Received the worst service ever from @SkyUK since rejoining, paying full price for a service thats failed to work since day 1 properly is frustrating 6 weeks on, attempts to resolve so far are unacceptable!
