I swear we need to change ISP and TV providers. Nearly all of our channels don't get signal all of a sudden and the apparently 30Mbps Internet keeps cutting out. Doing my head in now @SkyUK

Avoid #Skystore at all cost's. I rented a movie. But I had to interrupt watching it. When I went back to view it. I unfortunately pressed the wrong option by mistake. And ended up buying it as well. I contacted @SkyUK to explain and ask for a refund. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam We have already done this and we have been billed again!!!!. When we took out the current contract the customer services advisor told us we did not have to do anything it would just change over. We were still getting billed three months later. I then phoned the call centre

Since I moved house and went with Sky Broadband I've never had internet so poor. Shocking, drops WiFi all the time and now issues in area again. I work from home and have to use a mobile connection quite often, not good enough @SkyHelpTeam
