@SkyHelpTeam Hi, every 15 mins or so my tv screen ( picture & sound ) breaks up for about a second. This doesn’t happen when we’re watching the apps like Netflix, iplayer etc. Is this a satellite issue?

@SkyHelpTeam We have Fibre Unlimited and are meant to have min download speed for 36mb/s. Having v sporadic connection for the last few days & last week - occasionally 30 mb/s but mostly v low.Right now it’s 1.4 mb/s! Means husband cannot do his job properly.Can you help please?
