    @digitalmuggle @SkySports Exactly. Supermarkets would never get way with forcing you to buy three tins of baked beans, two loaves of bread and a pomegranate every time you wanted to buy a frozen ready meal, so why do TV stations force you to subscribe to buy channels you don't want to watch?

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried multiple times and each time someone comes out they say it is fine. It isn’t as it keeps dropping the signal. I cannot get it sorted. If there were nothing wrong it wouldn’t be intermittent

    @SkyUK More like Sky will give you this amazing deal of sky tv Netflix and the slowest broadband in the world for existing customers for the new customers fiber optic that is just as bad and a higher price after the 18 months sky we are rubbish with broadband

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has gone off, service status online says known issues in my area, but detail is talking about south-west Scotland. I’m just outside Birmingham, B63 postcode. Is there an issue?
