    So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 hours ago my telephone, internet and Life Line went down. I've sent messages through the My Sky app but I've heard nothing back. It's the second time in under a week. Please can someone get in touch.

    Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK No. I have been doing, to an advisor but then got a reply back saying office is closed. I will just see how it is after 30 days and cancel everything and move over to Virgin because I've had enough now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been having issues intermittently with my broadband over the past few days and now it won’t work at all. Just tried to follow the instructions online and it says that Sky Hub can’t be detected I have an old netgear router! Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a VIP customer I have no internet, this is a new hub delivered last month. Can’t watch sky demand, Netflix etc tried to call and a 20 min wait, what a joke!! 😡

    Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam We've had technicians out multiple times and it's made no difference. We NEVER had any issues when we had @virginmedia!

    @UtdRyan_ Agreed Tweeted skysports to no repl ages ago on this. Carragher should not be allowed to commentate on Liverpool games and Neville not on Man U games. There is blatant bias in their commentary. But #SkySports has turned into big 6 media lush. Like a reality TV programme. Poor
