    @digitalmuggle @SkySports Exactly. Supermarkets would never get way with forcing you to buy three tins of baked beans, two loaves of bread and a pomegranate every time you wanted to buy a frozen ready meal, so why do TV stations force you to subscribe to buy channels you don't want to watch?

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    Moving home with @SkyUK apparently is not working how is advertised and they managed to let me without internet in those times. Call them, and no explanation why this happened. Very poor customer experience. Totally disappointed!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Cant get any info anywhere from SKY. Recorded fob off messages. 2 working days no BB. Wife as key worker needs this service. She'll be putting more data bolt ons on her mobile! Utter pathetic service. Answer plz. When will BB fix be sorted at OL8 2SD. Get an answer plz.

    @SkyHelpTeam And looks like another day will pass with no bb fix! So as an essential worker working with kids and families is my wife now supposed to put more mobile data on her phone for you to say you won't compensate for, even tho your failing to provide the service we pay you for?

    @SkyHelpTeam So A 2nd day has almost passed, we have no bb. My wife cant keep putting £10 mobile data on her phone because SKY are failing to provide a basic service we pay for. When will this OL8 2SD outage be fixed, is anyone actually working on a fix? This is simply not good enough is it.

    @SkyHelpTeam @sky I've only been a new customer to sky fibre broadband for a couple of days and the whole network has been down all day with this code AF-IE-1156153473 what ever this is?? Doesn't give me much confidence in a broadband service. Compensation???

    @SkyHelpTeam When is bb going to be back on at OL8 2SD area? 2 working days now. Are engineers on it? Cant get anything calling SKY, hopeless. Bunch of clowns it seens. Wife essential worker must have bb. Cant keep putting £10 data on mobile. We pay you for a service. Get sorted ASAP.
