I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
