    @SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

    @digitalmuggle @SkySports Exactly. Supermarkets would never get way with forcing you to buy three tins of baked beans, two loaves of bread and a pomegranate every time you wanted to buy a frozen ready meal, so why do TV stations force you to subscribe to buy channels you don't want to watch?

    Shocking customer service from @SkyUK - on the phone for more than an hour, shouted at by the staff member I’m talking, told I don’t understand. Disgraceful.

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam swear to god if I still have trouble with my signal when @LoveIsland is on tonight I will be cancelling my contract immediately. It’s a free view channel that I still can’t access yet pay £80+ a month for the “service” multiple visits by engineers and nothing sorted.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told about sky broadband buddy to help control my teenagers usage. Downloaded the app, apparently I don't have the right package. Google tells me it'll only work if you've registered before May 2022?!

    @TomWilkinson144 @SkySports I have no issues with Rory. But today, 2 under, no wind, rain, benign conditions, its a poor round for a leader and I’m sure Rory will feel the same despite what sky sports golf say. He should’ve shot 66 in those conditions.
