    @SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

    Is @SkyUK the only broadband service that doesn’t provide a dongle as an interim solution absolutely dreadful customer service..it’s not us it’s openreach I didn’t order through them I ordered through @SkyUK

    @SkyUK @montyefc82 Two days ago I received an email saying that I can break the contract with them after 30 days without service. After more than 7 years with Sky, I believe that is what we will do unfortunately.
