So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

@SkyHelpTeam we have an engineer coming to install full fibre broadband. Not our choice, yours. We have no problem with our broadband atm so don't feel the need to change. We have been assured it is free but I don't want to find afterwards that we are to be charged.
