    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult to cancel parts of your subscription the help function is no help at all surely in 2021 you can cancel part of your subscription by logging into your account

    @SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Basically - the box stopped working - now when we turn it on, it's telling us there's no satellite signal - but nothing has been touched - we aren't using it and with costs - I'd rather just stay with the phone and BB

    How is it that as a customer of @SkyUK for over 30 years get such an appalling service. Told one thing and it doesn’t happen. Have to phone to find out answers. Waiting over a week for a within a 48 hour call back. Had to make numerous calls to keep being off.

    @SkySportsGolf @SkySports I've given up on your coverage until the weekend. Twice I've tuned in and got to watch 2 shots then an ad break & then one shot and an ad break. I begrudge paying for a product only for ads to also be forced upon me. Stop start garbage coverage. 👎
