    @SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam hello what is the point in the WiFi signal? Full bars and I need to turn on my mobile data. Its costs my family an extra 30 pounds per month to use Internet in our house. I already pay over 150 a month. Its happened for the last two years. Definitely the worstservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there any chance of someone answering a phone at Sky? Iv been out of broadband since Wednesday, and can only get an automated line saying they know it’s down! Some timescales would be really helpful when trying to WFH.
