    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our sky broadband is diabolical. Drops out all the time and we are forever having to reset the router only for it to happen again 20 or so mins later. It’s been nothing but bother since we got it. Def gonna look elsewhere. We pay £100 a month for the tv etc and this is terrible
