    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @DJ_Soleman @SkyHelpTeam Had the same issue when our sky q box stopped working in July. The soonest they could get someone out was one months time!! Managed to fix it myself in the end. Just hope your equipment stays daily free. This is an excuse for poor service in my opinion. ‘We can’t go inside’!????

    @davepell1 @SkyHelpTeam Yea I know loads of people round here without it all on different supplies BT, sky and talk talk all with same issue! If it’s not on by tomorrow morning I’m in big trouble! It’s ridiculous nearly 3 days and no internet, sky need to give BT a kick up the arse
