    @SkyHelpTeam I have. The problems on YOUR line but because I’m on a rolling contract not a fixed term I have to pay for an engineer to come out but it’s free if I sign up to a fixed term one. #nothanks #imleaving

    @SkyHelpTeam I did the first time.. And since then I've not been able to. Our sky box is showing no Internet connection yet we have Internet through other devices... Its getting rediculous now.. I'm not the only one having problems so it is a wider issue rather than an isolated one I fear..

    @SkyUK I was due for my new broadband upgrade to be connected today. I received my text this morning saying this could take until midnight to complete. Without any notification I checked my account where it says I need to contact you as their is an issue?!
