@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

@T3WL3Y @jayjay_allen @SkySports Still a lot then, but the Sky commentary is sold to lots of countries, I’ve no idea what they recoup. They will fail if they ever lose the Prem, I spend more time watching Netflix and the free channels now, I do like the convenience of Sky Q and multi-room though
