    And yes I’m using capitals because I am annoyed and angry at the shockingly poor service. I want to cancel my subscription on 16/9 and for some reason @SkyUK are unable to process this information.

    my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

    @MichaelBarracl5 @SkyUK Can't get Virgin. We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only the power & wifi button like yesterday, still not a light showing what do ever for the internet. Can you have a look into this please? I’m paying for a service I can’t even use & using all my mobile data!

    Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a call and an engineer is going to come fix the problem. Caroline was brilliant at helping! It hasn’t sent through the message to give her feedback but she was fab!

    Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

    @SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

    @SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

    @yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

    @SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

    @bloss_kevin @SkyHelpTeam I have the same problem in Manchester. Can't connect but can receive texts, 4g and incoming calls. Sky are denying all knowledge and tried to sell me 5g! I despair. I have been with Sky 35 years but their customer service is now officially appalling!

    @SkyHelpTeam That is no help Becca. I am without a phone for work and on holiday. If the bank can send a de it card then you can send a sim card. Where can I get one? Or do I have to pay for a pay as you go and nobody can contact me! Disgraceful.

    @SkyUK The netflix is very basic and isn't even in HD so don't commit to it just for that. I've got a Sky Glass and they're not bad and you can save a fair bit of money switching to one but if I'm being honest, I still prefer a Sky box.

    @bloss_kevin @SkyHelpTeam Me too in Manchester. Sky are clueless too, told them the problem and they tried to sell me 5g and then send me a new sim card (I am 300 miles away from home and they refused to send the sim to my temporary address) Customer service really bad!

    @SkyHelpTeam I do not want a deal! Existing Sky HD+ has died! So need to upgrade to Q same package as I have now and same cost and contact. Platinum customer! Sky needs to refund me on lost weeks. Take this to DM. I am cooking dinner. Have someone ring me tomorrow.
