Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

We're one of half a dozen houses on our road which can't have fibre due to previous issues with companies not being allowed to dig up land, so we're stuck with BT and any providers which use their lines. Sky's equipment is good but wasn't sure about Vodafone.
