Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

Not reported as an issue by sky. Please tell me we won't be without Internet all over Christmas? Is it possible the issue could resolve?

Engineer came out and replaced box but the problem still exists, I’ve seen loads of people reporting the same problem yet no acknowledgement there is a problem...worst time for this to happen.
