    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. As soon as I've received some independent advise this on this I may be in touch. As it stands, I'm not sure if it's just a case of other providers caring more.for customers or @SkyUK doing something they shouldn't...hence the first request for @BBCWatchdog to help.

    @SkyUK I updated the software on my iPad last night and now the Skygo app won’t work. Keep getting error 50-9-504. Deleted app and reinstalled, turned ipad on/off! Still no joy! Help!!
