@SkyHelpTeam Hi, every 15 mins or so my tv screen ( picture & sound ) breaks up for about a second. This doesn’t happen when we’re watching the apps like Netflix, iplayer etc. Is this a satellite issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Yep, done all that. Also talked to your technical team 3 or 4 times. Initial results seem fine and then the problem reappears. The previous old style setup was much better although the max speeds were lower.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and no issues. Iv used your broadband speed test and quell surprise it says totally different to 4 other ones I’ve ran. Funny that isn’t it how it’s only yours that says it’s ok. Well it isn’t. It’s appalling
