@KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

Just had the @SkyHelpTeam engineer out to fix our WiFi signal strength and now the internet is completely down. Fairly certain there is no worse Internet Service Provider around. And no, I can’t face another cust serv call with Sky, again

I know he's invested in Utd, but his moaning has crossed beyond a line and enjoyment of the game (even if we are playing awful) is being ruined!
