@SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

@KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s honestly not good enough..trying to work from home with intermittent broadband is bad enough but the amount we pay a month for the tv and broadband package we are not receiving satisfactory service. We have been with sky for 17 years and never had so many problems!
