@SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

Just had the @SkyHelpTeam engineer out to fix our WiFi signal strength and now the internet is completely down. Fairly certain there is no worse Internet Service Provider around. And no, I can’t face another cust serv call with Sky, again

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband been down in Southport Merseyside since 1300. Any update on when it will be restored? Service Status has stated broadband and talk service problems since that time with no update. Not great when you are trying to work from home…….

@SkyHelpTeam I had an email on tuesday telling telling me to call sky when i did i was kept on hold for 15 minutes and then told i'd need to speak to the account manager but he was currently unavailable but he'd call me later but he never did.
