@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

@SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

@SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why is the Sky Q HD so much beautiful looking in picture quality yet my 2 Sky Mini boxes that are supposed to be HD don’t even look like HD in 1080p or 1080i it’s more like 750p. These Mini boxes are awful compared to the main box 😞 @skytv

@SkyHelpTeam since when did your customer service get so bad. I'm told after hours on the message system I can't give notice till after the end of my contract meaning it would be 19 months not 18 months. Yet if I want to renew they can do that straight away! What a joke.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Been a customer 18 years,lately service terrible Internet down 3 times in 3 months,now no satellite signal and no engineer available for 7 days so no tv. And cannot cancel till September whilst sky keep putting prices up and trying to contact sky is a joke
