I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

I have CCTV showing the driver never left the van, took a fake delivery photo, and my signature was forged. Sky keeps passing me around, DPD won’t respond, and I was promised an email that never came.
