    It’s the inconsistency of refs in the league there are some pens given to teams then not given to others that’s the problem. The refs need to sort it out. #SaturdaySocial @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

    @SkyUK the worst company ive ever dealt with. Had 3 days off work to get sky q installed, 3rd time they come today and still cant do it. Making excuse after excuse.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

    @SkyHelpTeam we want to change our address on our account (we moved 5 years ago) as you have it incorrect despite sending out an engineer when we moved. Please help as your automated phone service is useless and apparently all ‘real’ people are currently furloughed!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @virginmedia Enquiring how long it would take yourselves to fix no phone line or internet if I was with @virginmedia I am currently with @SkyHelpTeam they have told me it will be 4 days before they can arrange anybody to investigate the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well……the absence of any form of phone number’s the main issue… They keep trying to fob me off with the ‘bot’ assistant or direct me to the web-shop but neither of these will work as I have a discount code that isn’t being pulled through 😖🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam Literally 4 hours ago, told the same thing I was told on Tuesday and again the Wed before that which was the refund would be in my account in 72 hours . Service was fully cancelled 28/2/22 so you can understand my frustration chasing up a refund 2 months later
