No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

Sky didn't assist despite her paying £135 a month - which is a ridiculous scam itself for an over 80!
