    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @SkyUK so the latest appointment for customer services and an appointment to “swap a mini box” is a whole month...I pay OVER £120 a month and have done for a decade and this is the BEST sky can do....seriously this is pathetic

    @SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

    @rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

    @SkyHelpTeam we had ultra fast 1 fitted early July. Since then nothing but problems, your team keep calling out engineer after engineer after we have been told Open Reach need to come out and refit. We have been with you for 28 years - disgusting service. We are done.

    @SkyUK Its been about 2-3 weeks of 1mb speeds I pay for over a 70mb if you use your website is crashes with a message its not you its us and if you ring all you get is "PRESS 1 IF YOU WANT US TO SEND A TEXT MESSAGE WHEN YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED" and then the line goes dead.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello! I got a call saying that you can't process my order because either 1. I've just moved into the house (N/a) or 2. I've called my previous provider to cancel and that I need to uncancel this before you go ahead with my order.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that, but if openreach are saying they don't have the equipment to connect me then there isnt a way of getting a connection with another supplier including virginmedia as they are experiencing the same issues that is why I left them.
