Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    @SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, just had a call from someone claiming to be from Sky saying there was suspicious activity coming from our router over the past few days and mentioning we need more security. This came from 01472 466239. We had issues at the weekend. Could this be a genuine call?

    @SkySports @MARTIN_THFC If I were a ref I’d expect to be hated by both sets of fans at some point for either making or to be perceived to have made a bad decision they are paid for what they do they must realise how fans feel about them rightly or wrongly another waste of time I shan’t be taking part

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that and oh what a disappointment. The technician spent his time trying to sell me a special offer, said everything was working fine and then I spent the next hour trying to reconnect my devices. My Sky App still refers to a problem!
