@SkyHelpTeam bloody ridiculas I've spent litterally hours on your FB trying to sort out a constant problem that's even effecting the movie channels now... You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

@SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - just wasted another hour of my life on the phone. Sky do not want to help. Sky do not want to fix my problem. Sky do not care about me, or my 12 years of loyalty. I have been treated appallingly. All I want is for my faulty Sky Q silver box to be replaced..

@prickettboy3 @premierleague The market determines what consumers are willing to pay to watch live football. If the @SkySports price was too high for fewer matches, then presumably customers can cancel.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

@SkyUK We’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you still can’t send an engineer until 20th!!! Can you improve the phone call service if I PM you as this is disgraceful. No TV for a month if we have to wait till then!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you, actually it was my netgear modem that lost some settings ( VlanID and priority ) inexplicably, so I input them back in and it reconnected straight away. Shared it on Sky Community just in case someone had the same issue

@SkyHelpTeam Strongly advise against Sky Internet. I've had FTTP for 2 months and has connections issues every day since. You are better off with copper wire connections from another provider than fttp through sky. Hate to talk **** but it's just not up to scratch.

@SkyHelpTeam INC1479224 (Morley). Any more information on when this might me fixed. Service status page not changed for 36h, find it hard to believe there are *no* updates in that timeframe. Must be some information on cause/timeframe for fix to be shared by now surely?
