I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

Feel like we are being forced to pay massive rises in prices because they are so desperate to keep the football and have to pay through the nose for it. I’m £130 better off.
