Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

@SkyHelpTeam We have fixed a problem for installing fibre. Sky still think there is a problem but Openreach have confirmed from a site visit there is not. The two do not communicate therefore we are getting nowhere with your CS team. Phone calls and emails are not working

@SkyHelpTeam No it hasn’t. But Sky do have form for this. Last time I had an outage it took sky about 1.5 hours to recognise the issue was with them and not with my equipment/connection.
