@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyUK Did any Blades notice the poor quality coverage of our game on Sky Sports red button? Only one camera and no replays of goals and controversial issues. By accident I went onto channel 403 today and to my amazement the game was on with normal full coverage #twitterblades

Awful service once again from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - offered me a free upgrade which I took. Were sending an engineer but had wrong postcode for me. So they cancelled the engineer to correct it then said I couldn’t have the upgrade cos I’d already taken it! Wth?!
