    @SkyHelpTeam bloody ridiculas I've spent litterally hours on your FB trying to sort out a constant problem that's even effecting the movie channels now... You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - just wasted another hour of my life on the phone. Sky do not want to help. Sky do not want to fix my problem. Sky do not care about me, or my 12 years of loyalty. I have been treated appallingly. All I want is for my faulty Sky Q silver box to be replaced..

    @SkyHelpTeam It's quite simple really. I have sent a message to you on your mysky app and if Sky is not working by COB Monday, you can collect your boxes on my pavement. Skyq makes Lotus notes look good!

    @SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

    @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband is a shocking service, upgrade to improve the service, new box installed and still can’t hold a connection! Gone through all the steps to improve it and still it drops out constantly!! Drives you towards other providers!! 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam I was speaking to someone after holding for 40 minutes (and being charged for the call) then I was cut off. Honestly the level of customer service is awful even allowing for the pandemic! Just cannot get hold of anyone, ever.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have everything with sky, and I’ve been pulling my hair out for weeks. The telly freezes constantly, the broadband freezes during home schooling and our phones lag. I’m apparently a platinum customer and have been running up and down the stairs resetting ever device for weeks!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes at least 3 times, but not since today’s issues , as it takes about 35 mins to get through on the phone. I will probably try later, but it’s been ok since 2pm today....

    @SkyHelpTeam The result said no issue Sky box hard wired Security is connected through a switch which is hard wired . Everything else on WiFi

    Literally smoke coming out my ears due to frustration at trying to speak to a human with @SkyHelpTeam..and no I've done all the online stuff, and rang you but keep getting cut off. Utterly disgraceful as I'm classed as a vulnerable customer which you have on account!
