    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - just wasted another hour of my life on the phone. Sky do not want to help. Sky do not want to fix my problem. Sky do not care about me, or my 12 years of loyalty. I have been treated appallingly. All I want is for my faulty Sky Q silver box to be replaced..

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really answer the question of why though does it? Even if I wanted to sit at my home working desk and have it on to help focus I can’t! I pay £100 a month and cannot use it when connect to my dock! I think @Ofcom need to look at this!

    @magz_wilson @PeterWellDone @SkyUK No its not utter nonsense. I was talking primarily about their Broadband, never got the speeds advertised. Went down at least once a month, and often bad throttling all through the evening. I get between 120mbps and 200mbps with Virgin, and have been offline once in 2 years.

    @SkyHelpTeam A couple of questions: Sky VIP - the links in the app don't work...but I can read my bill... 🙄 On Sky Q, the apps don't update. They used to be fine. No updates or highlights.😬 22+ years with you, I pay £137 a month, and this is the poor service I get. Not happy.
