@inrickmansworth @UKPowerNetworks @OpenreachHelp @Observer_Owl Apparently it’s an Openreach thing. We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

@SkyHelpTeam It's not that it's an inconvenience its the fact you never get notified of either the works or the outage! I'm not really annoyed that its happened I'm frustrated that when it does happen no one has the decency to say anything. We have to enquire!

@SkyUK I’ve now been without broadband for 24 hours was told there may be work going on in my area but I’ve had no updates since even though I was advised I would be updated! Very odd that I’m the only one in my street that is having issues if there is maintenance going on!

@SkyUK worst customer service I have ever received! Ordered new iPhone 11 which was faulty, was asked to send it back for replacement which I did. Now being told it is out of stock and I will have to wait a further 2-3 weeks without a phone on top of the 2 already gone.

After 5 calls and a total of 6 hours on the phone, @SkyUK seem to be unable to rectify their own issue!! A week ago today I booked a home move that they decided to cancel, 48 hours on & no one is able to re book it! Time to check out @virginmedia!!
