    Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

    Ordered the boxing and made to pay £29 plus £2 booking fee because it’s half an hour before showing. Just watching the football and you are advertising the boxing at £24.95. Really poor Sky! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee

    @SkyHelpTeam another day of appalling service. A compete lack of information, leaving it to the customer to constantly chase for updates. Cancellations, unconfirmed appointments, no updates, and I’m already being billed for nothing. No router yet either.

    @SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

    @SkyHelpTeam This is terrible, replacement 2Tb box that doesn't work properly and a new mini box that won't connect. Call and eventually get through to speak to someone then get cut off mid sentence.

    @SkyUK Hi, tried to message but not sure if it worked. My Wi-Fi is currently not working even though all lights on router are on. A few people in my area (Wingfield, Rotherham) are having the same problem. Is this an area problem?
