    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @tbuckleythinks @SkySports Probably been one of the worst run clubs in the last 15 years in terms of financials, BUT they have always been spot on with giving people from all backgrounds a chance at all levels within the club.     @mrdavismfl @SkyHelpTeam Because price increases happen at the start of the new financial year (April if you needed that information) across all service providers. It doesn’t matter when you agreed a new discount price, that discount has stayed the same but the base price has increased

    @SkyUK @DisneyPlus just paid for a year, and cannot access it on my SkyQ, had to go directly to Disney for the account, now unable to access it and no help to be seen. Refund tomorrow and change TV provider at the weekend. Poor service loses you customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. It actually affects a LOT of content, including the movie channels for which I pay a premium. Retrying has never worked. It's now approaching a month for some people. Can I (and others in your forum) have a timescale for discount?
