When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam When they have no broadband. Additionally and major service outage, which clearly this has been, is given an estimated repair time by Openreach, just post that and update when necessary! Sky has made this episode harder than it needed to be!
