    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @tbuckleythinks @SkySports Probably been one of the worst run clubs in the last 15 years in terms of financials, BUT they have always been spot on with giving people from all backgrounds a chance at all levels within the club.     Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

    @acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @nataliesawyer @Drewmeister1980 @SkyHelpTeam Is it most channels or just HD??? Could be weather as there’s lots of thunder and lightning about. If your on a communal system there is an issue on some systems with HD but should be able to watch the equivalent channel in SD. For example 405 golf HD or 859 golf SD

    @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Yes....and we are in Warwickshire. Called Sky last Sumday and they changed the settings. It was OK for a couple of days but same problems occurring again.

    @SkyHelpTeam a week later.. Everyone is reporting similar issues. As someone who works in Software development... Let me advise you that there is bug, in your update or latest release. I have conducted tests, done my due diligence and yet there's errors & half info/blank screens.

    @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a#it a few times today, put it down to the thunderstorms hanging around as now and again they mess it up, however did the classic turn ithe box on and off again and been fine since!

    @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam On demand was basically unwatchable as it always froze. I was forever getting technical errors or lost network and rebooting etc Then that Sky engineer turned off a setting on each box that made it all work smoothly. Simple as that. Don’t know exactly what setting he turned off

    @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Same here. Looks like the weather caused it. Some channels ok but most froze for a couple of days. Just unplugged at mains then put back on to reset and not had any issues since.
