    @SkyHelpTeam so I’m a key worker on the test and trace programme and my internet keeps dropping not good when your calling people I’ve just been told I lll have to wait a week for an issue that’s supposedly need sorted 3 times what Petia say basically tough it’s domestic only

    Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

    @OpenreachHelp there is no point in you saying to contact my provider @SkyUK as I have been in touch with them & they need you to install the cable before they can send their engineer to install the broadband service

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

    @SkyUK absolute rip off you encouraged me to change from virgin on the promise of UHD programmes and sport only now for to find out the sky q box I have doesn’t support UHD I mean really listen to the call where I rejoined you can clearly here me and your agent discuss it

    Hi @SkyUK the broadband connection for SR2 seems to be intermittent at best. Your site says no problem - the orange light on the router says different. Tried a reboot etc.

    @SkyUK when will you fix #SkyQ to allow it to be operated by third party remote controls? Your remote can’t operate my tv and you won’t let me use my own remote with #SkyQ so I am forced to use two remotes (not the case with Sky+)!

    @SkySports I think such complaints should end, because it’s never going to stop. The same principle applies to bullying, once you express emotion, they just keep coming back but if you ignore, they back off. Besides, who says you can’t fight back verbally? You call me Monkey, I call u pig.

    @SkyHelpTeam I got a message saying you are doing staff training, a link was sent by text which takes me back to your website which does not give me an option to cancel the engineer. At the end of the call I was told to hang up.

    Getting hold of @SkyUK is impossible trying to aske a few questions before I sign up for broadband but they won't let you like chat or call them unless you number is link to an account which you can get before you sign up, absolutely stupid guess I'll take my business elsewhere
