    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I was supposed to be called by Angus yesterday after 12pm - still no call. He works in the retentions team. Needed to listen to some calls regarding an ongoing complaint. Not even a courtesy call to update me 🤬
