    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    On Tuesday of this week I woke up and the internet was down. I contacted @TalkTalk and they said it was a problem at the exchange, they’d send an engineer. I made them aware of the additional complications, no phone signal, heart failure, wfh etc

    @TalkTalk We have no wifi. I have been in contact with a engineer who tells me that the problem is at the exchange and it’s your fault. They have told me it could take 3 days to fix. My family’s in isolation and working from home. Can this be fixed quicker as a matter of urgency

    @TalkTalk Cheers Jessie! The time for any assistance was back in 2018 when you didn't cancel my account & sold my account "debt" erroneously. The fact that I won in Court this week is confirmation enough of how bad you treat customers. #TalktTalk #NeverAgain
