You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
