@TalkTalk Reported a fault 2 weeks ago. Engineer not available to attend for 3 weeks, the intermittent fault progressively getting worse. Still got to wait another week. What a joke. Looking at other services that have better customer service. Fed up.

@TalkTalk well thank you for your rubbish customer service, your 'text me back' helpline operator Dan was a waste of time. Avoided my simple questions, gave one answer which was irrelevant and then ignored me. I was meant to be a new customer but will be ringing to cancel.
