    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    @TalkTalk customer care is great in creating infinite loops... 🤣 In their website they tells you to contact customer care and th customer send you an email with a link to the initial page. #badcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

Not mentioning the fact that I have been waiting since September to get full fiber which should have been done in a month but nothing had been done. #solvetheissue

    Welp no call from a @talktalk supervisor. If their fibre line isn't open tomorrow then I'm going straight to complaints on Monday because this is the second manager who has failed to call me. Outstanding service from a company thats "always trying to get better" 👌

    And BT have confirmed that the new services probably wont be active until talktalk cancel my account and relinquish their control of my line that they took without my express permission. Moral of the story: never use @TalkTalk and my account NEEDS to be cancelled and deleted.

    @TalkTalk Hello. Been having intermittent disconnects several times a week. Speed down to 60mbps. Line test says there's an issue and then it says there isn't. I work from home. Please help.
