Itโs not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (ยฃ31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Please advise. Broadband is essential for ppl right now and this is terrible customer service!

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
