    @TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    Don’t sign up with @ShellEnergyHome for your broadband service - they are one of a very few suppliers who have not signed up to Offcom Compensation Scheme even though they use @talktalk who are signed up and charge the same amount for the service. No internet for last 3 days 😡

    I've switched to Vodafone, and I've connected to them on the 14th of March (confirmed Vodafone IP address). But the TalkTalk account and the bills seem to keep rolling in despite the fact that I'm no longer receiving service from #Talktalk

    Hi @TalkTalk,was on chat for 1H and got passed about 3x only to be told to call. I called and got told to call tomorrow. I have anxiety, your sales people badgered me at my door for 1 hour to signup. Don't want it and no one will let me cancel.<14 days and no install has happened

    Hey @TalkTalk how’s it going? Im onto day 3 of no fibre broadband today with no signs of any resolution or confirmation of any engineer visit to try and resolve it. After over 4 hours of phone calls it’s still off What would you suggest is next please? Thanks

    @TalkTalk It's alright. It was still down when I got up this morning, so I pulled the DSL cable to reset it, and it synced back up. It was out for hours last night though, It would be cool to know why. The DSL was synced up to the box in the street, so it seems it was a network problem.

    Don’t waste time or money with @TalkTalk out of contract and can’t do anything to help because I don’t have a broadband connection anymore. Called to cancel and someone asked me to call tomorrow. Unacceptable I want a complaint raised.
