    I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

    @elacha123 @DPJHodges Look at the #didoharding #talktalk scandal .... The official call centre was handing customer details to the scammers next door! I'm wondering when the #NHS typing will be taken back in house? Normally takes some severe malpractice payout to force them to do an about-face

    @TalkTalk Liarsss!! You are the worst internet provider I have ever seen !!!! I moved a new flat and you gave me an appointment but nobody came!!!! I have not been on the internet for 2 weeks and you are not contacting me about it!!!!!!! You are the worst!

    @TalkTalk Yes, the inability of my e-mail account to receive messages since the so-called "upgrade" at 10.00 on Friday. I have a pipex.dial account. Can you tell me when I will be able to retrieve my e-mail? And why have customers not been contacted about this prolonged outage?

    @TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

    It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

    @TalkTalk Becky. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

    @Lewis48062659 @TalkTalk Yes I used to upload a video it took 20 minutes now it’s taking hours and I upload at 3-4 am so they can’t hide behind there’s a lot of people using the service coz of covid as most people are asleep at those times

    @alleshallbewele @NOWTV We used to have Sky fibre broadband...every night it would cut out which then caused issues for our heating, cctv and alarm (couldn’t access them!). So we ditched Sky as soon as we could. Currently with TalkTalk and have had no problems.

    @TalkTalk you have taken my money for #Netflix and not paid them. Found out today @Netflix have cancelled my account. And would seem we aren’t the only ones in this situation. What is going on? Maybe time to cancel @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk You have the worst internet ever! Turned my router on and off about million times and even reset it! Called you and you left us on hold for 20 mins before a message saying you're done for the day and to call back tomorrow! Fix up !! 😡
