O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

And skill chain is lost too. I hope they can sort this out before Tuesday. It's only going to get worse with way more people joining in.

On hold a fourth time and thinking it has happened again. Cancelling all services, if I ever get to speak to the right person.
