    @virginmedia please can you explain why I have been in a queue to speak to someone for over 35 minutes to try and cancel my contract? Absolute joke of a company, poor services and poor customer service.

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @virginmedia I do have a problem paying. I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

    @virginmedia is there a way for me to find out if my phone number has been leaked or involved in any form of data breach as I've been getting daily phone calls from people pretending to be you? Never anyone else so just intrigued.

    @twoboatsman @virginmedia Had the same problems last year with talk talk... getting nowhere with them until I said I was leaving.. suddenly I got a great deal.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia sorry really trying to be chill but this is horrendous customer service. Cut off after 40 mins, call back which I answer immediately and cut off again. No further attempt from your team to contact me. I've told them i want to cancel my order can you please confirm?

    @terrificsue everyone out there be careful when receiving telephone calls and if they say they are from Virgin Media please check and check. I have been scammed today out of a lot of money . I am the one who thought would never be scammed but I was. Oohh .

    @virginmedia @its_coco_do Well I've clearly been forgotten conveniently after calling telling an agent I want to cancel my order and being cut off. Promised a call back. Nothing. Every time I call I get dropped. Ridiculous

    @virginmedia question for you. If I enter a contract with you where you promise X service +items and I promise to pay X amount. If I don't pay X amount am I breaking the contract?

    @virginmedia Done all that and booked an engineer for Friday but just had a text saying my engineer is on hold while investigate a network problem affecting services

    @virginmedia Good afternoon, I reset it at least once a month, as the WiFi is always horrendous... Seriously though this surely isn't sufficient coverage for the price I've been paying for over a decade, as a gesture of good will can you provide this extender to long term customers to help?

    @virginmedia Why do i have to wait another 2 days? This is clearly a major incident that hasn’t been fixed yet. Are you saying no one’s doing anything until my visit on Monday??!! Surely the team that replaced the street box must be working on it? That’s the update I need to hear…

    @virginmedia will you please sort out your Customer service love chat. You make them deal with so many concurrent conversations it is a waste of time. Over 25 minutes on chat I hadn't even made it into my account yet.

    @virginmedia Yes they did, and no as the attitude is there’s no fault with the service where as I consider the hardware part of the service as I’d it’s not working the service may as well not be there and I should just change providers

    @virginmedia Thank you, that’s very helpful. Also, is there any actual store left open in South East England or London where I can talk face to face with someone about possible upgrade options etc? I don’t like the chat bot and the sound quality of the phone service is dreadful.

    @frontieruk @virginmedia The disconnects are bad, but I think when it reconnects your car hits an invisible wall. 250KPH to 0 in a split second. And skill chain is lost too. I hope they can sort this out before Tuesday. It's only going to get worse with way more people joining in.

    @virginmedia Hands down the single worst customer service I've ever received. Engineer not turned up, put on hold where the line went dead three times. On hold a fourth time and thinking it has happened again. Cancelling all services, if I ever get to speak to the right person.
