    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    @virginmedia my WiFi and tv down since 6.45am y’day won’t be fixed until Monday apparently, will I get a refund and will u pay for addition data on my phone as having to tether as needed to work this weekend! Select for txt updates not had one!!! Had to phone to find out Mon!!!

    @virginmedia Due to changed circumstances I need to transfer WiFi into my name. Emailed acc transfer form with I.D on 28/4 - no response. Called you on 22/5 (cost me £22. 26) told this would be chased. On 16/6 Contacted on line chat - useless so called at further cost still no help!

    @virginmedia You seem 2 4get I have full house Serv costs over a £100 which means betw. hours of 5.30am and 8pm I haven’t got the time to **** around for a week worth of questions taking 24hrs to get a response only to find it’s been ended by them as I didn’t answer in two hours! FFS

    Virgin media - your automated service has a flaw, it just repeats the same message, ‘ no faults found’, when there is a fault, like my internet is giving 2Mb download right now

    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia Honestly don't think @virginmedia can provide a worse service. Over the last 6 weeks I've had to put up with over a week of no phone lines, last week almost three days with no broadband so cant process payments, and now it's down again. Unbelievable 😠😠😠, costing £1000s

    @virginmedia I calling back in 30 days as tier 2 bloke has reduced it slightly but due to increase in fuel ect unfortunately your TV service is luxury so he told me to call back 30 days to see if you can do better. Tbh if you can’t I can’t afford it

    @virginmedia Unfortunately, Virgin customer service is helpless. I am not being serviced, I am being punished. I don't have another provider to go to. Virgin is the only provider for high speed internet in my area. I will switch away from Virgin as soon as there is another provider.

    @virginmedia once again the service you're providing is appalling. Once again I have to plan to be at home all day one day next week for a service engineer to come, at an unspecified time, who may or may not be able to fix the problem. The latest repair lasted a week.
