    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @BBCWatchdog I was without TV service with Virgin Media for over a week this month, could only use chat bot, eventually a live chat with a person because I took to twitter, but they couldn't help me either. Still waiting for the comp form they said would come automatically.

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia Hi. Have no wifi (green light) and despite rebooting several times have a had no luck. This has happened after following your instruction to reboot for ‘faster speed’. Please advise asap - no issues in the area according to your website.

    @Karen_Thomas70 @virginmedia They are awful!! Exactly if we all stop paying. I am sure things would be different! They signed us up to a random 18 month contract without permission and avoiding us. We have called and emailed and nothing can be done apparently! Do not use!

    @virginmedia I can’t login to pay my bill. The online chat won’t pass me to a human. The link to reset details is broken. The phone line doesn’t have the correct option and disconnects me as they are working in the area. If you would like paying get someone to contact me.

    @virginmedia The problem lies in your technical support, they do not support. That is why I made an exec complaint recently, because they were incompetent. A public platform is the best place to raise this, you as a company need to fix this not fob me and other people off with forums.
