@virginmedia You arranged for an engineer to resolve this problem - he's been today & hasn't fixed it - he says not Virgin's job to sort printer problems! The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!

@MingSwift The TV service is great but if we can’t rely on our WiFi in a connected home, it’s not worth it. Have made a complaint. If they don’t offer an upgraded hub (which they’ve not before) and compensation/reduced bill (gone up by £14 since Sept), we’ll be gone. @virginmedia

@virginmedia Shocking bad. We booked our old address to run until the 7th March and paid for a new account to start today at the house we are moving into so my disabled wife was not without internet.

@virginmedia What would really help is a separate sales number to call and to speak with an agent straight away with no ‘system’ to navigate and who understands my disability and can help me to sign up if I want to :~}

Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

And once again we are unable to use our @virginmedia wifi. When I called customer services today they took nearly 10min to answer, asked the same basic questions repeatedly and then cut me off without even starting to resolve anything! Bloody useless. Issues since May 2018.

@squelchuk @MingSwift @virginmedia We have a good box. That took long enough to get upgraded. I would try a superhub3… but I want a signal that gets around the house too, as well as reliability!

@virginmedia Tried the chat everyday for the past 5 days and it is not working. Due to recent changes with someone at household moving out I do not need the landline anymore,and wanted to discuss my options as I do not want to pay monthly for a service I am not using

@virginmedia You disabled our old address so I am now having to move my wife’s business computer and records at 10pm at night to the new address so she can work tomorrow. Your customer service agents haven’t got my name right once and you have mucked up provision of equipment at the new place

@virginmedia internet down since yesterday around 7pm. Still no idea when it will be fixed. Can’t get hold of customer service. This is the second time this has happened in a month or so. Extremely disappointed, I think it’s time to start looking for another internet provider.

@virginmedia Yes there was a screenshot in the tweet that followed. This happened 9 days ago too but that time I was able to register the loss of service on my account online so that automatic compensation could be applied automatically if applicable. That facility seems to have gone/moved?

@virginmedia No known issues for broadband but known TV issues. WiFi has come back on however very slow, connections buffering often. Seems to be a lot of road works outside and I am concerned this may have something to do with it.

@virginmedia There's definitely something - this is the first I have been able to get online since 5am. I've been with you 9 years but the instability over past 2 weeks or so means it is time to try another provider. Can I email a cancel request?

@virginmedia Once again we have no broadband, on top of a much reduced mobile phone signal! Been off and on for a month now. Seriously being ripped off here. Been with you for at least 10 years as well! Well no more, I've had enough of this shoddy service.
