    @virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

    Why did I swop to #virgin? 2 months ago and nothing but problems @virginmedia it took over 20 days to get my tel no changed then you change again why did you not tell me! How do you expect anyone to contact me V useless biggest mistake and very £xpensive one with poor WiFi too.

    I've never had a more frustrating ISP than @virginmedia support lines provide no help and we're stuck in a loop of disconnects whilst being told nothing is wrong.

    @virginmedia very poor service with the broadband cutting out every so often having to keep rebooting the box frankly not good enough for over £60 a month. Can you sort it out please. B62 area

    @virginmedia Good afternoon #Virginmedia my problems still go on I have had an engineer visit problem not a fault but from when I first started with you. Contacted customer service who promised a manager would contact me. Nothing since except one scam call. #nothappy

    @virginmedia I also asked to be put through to complaints as I have done before and then the phone goes dead. I have been so reliant on my old number sick older members of family in times of great stress #help

    @virginmedia Thank you for this but I do seem to have done everything mentioned in your document through ringing 150 so far no senior manager has got back to me! Me thinks maybe something is not working but will try again 🤔 oh yes even been through #resolution

    Well done @virginmedia screwed up again.. even on an online chat when it is written down infront of you you end up removing elements of my package I have specifically asked you to keep on 😡 it would be nice to have one good experience with you. How do I log a complaint?

    @virginmedia Morning! So I checked the app for status and was fine, but on the website it said known issue all services. So I subscribed to the SMS alerts and it was "back" at 22:03. Hopefully it stays that way!

    @virginmedia Hi please see thread of conversation it will tell you re manager I have asked twice to speak to a manager once about a month ago and again on Sat 18 July I have never had a manager ring me yet 😒 on 18th I was told they would today 20 July

    @virginmedia That's not really solving the problem, is it. I speak to your team every day and get nowhere on this. They say someone will call me back and they don't. You sending that is really frustrating and patronising. How do I actually get this fixed? Or I'm leaving
