    @virginmedia It's my media service to many price hikes been with you for 8years and new people get a deal for a quarter of the price I pay I want out way to expensive paying for a land line I dont use just because VM wont let me out of LL service

    @virginmedia been on hold to cs for 20+ minutes. No tv service. Intermittent service for the last 4/5 weeks. I just want to watch tv. I pay £100s /yr and yet not getting the service expected. I think I will have to contact Sky for a comparison sad after 15 years

    @virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM We are currently moving house and trying to cancel our account unfortunately the call agents think it's funny to keep a client on the phone for 3 hours even more so they are happy to direct us to a department that is closed which terminates a call.

    @virginmedia He's done all this. Everything is perfect except the streaming on Virgin TV Go online. I gave him all my streaming passwords and they all work fine, as I said, it's just a very poor stream on the Virgin TV Go website. Thanks.

    @virginmedia That's no good to me. I'm an existing customer paying for a service. I would like to see the charges that will be made to me if I use the service. The stuff online is not clear enough. I don't want to take a service or compare with others. I want a breakdown of my service costs.

    @virginmedia No, all they did was put my install on hold or cancel it. Ringing Virgin is awful as I just get passed between several teams in a loop and they all say it's not their job. Took 2 and a half months for them to send someone out to check the works on the road.
