    @virginmedia are there known issues in the SE3 area. My broadband is not working and the service status page does not and the virgin media support phone line is not able to take calls

    @3DOgaming I WAS going to watch it, but the way VirginMedia show it is garbage and makes things more difficult. Repeating it every 4 hours, or in this case 8 hours because there are 2 nights to show. Most of that time is when I'm working or asleep, and you can't record it 🧐

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting hung up on five times and in queue for four hours on live chat. To get someone who says sorry am logging off will put you back in queue with stupid bot that never shuts up.

    @ah2gcc yeah i couldnt stream as my internet was down, i tired everything, looking at @SkyUK packages atm as @virginmedia are just not helping and just asking me to do things they asked me to do a week ago and its just not getting fixed

    @virginmedia Why is the wifi so slow today. Since the last upgrade the bandwidth has been shockingly slow. Can't even watch netflix.
