Anyone considering going with @virginmedia ... DON’T!!! Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, incompetent, rude, shambolic are just a few words that spring to mind. Broadband is terrible but in 30 days I’ll finally be rid of them!!!

@virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring

@virginmedia do you know what the issue is in NW6. There are 2 faults one has said “The problem is almost fixed - our engineers are carrying out their final checks” for quite a while now. Area code 21.

@virginmedia We tried and it didn't work. I don't think is a problem of our hub but in the zone. Last week happened as well and they sent an engineer to fix it but it looks like it wasn't fixed properly

@virginmedia just advise this is my 30 day notice period for the work to see ... I have tried to call but all I get is harassed by one of your idiot staff in India who teally have no clue!!! My direct debit will be stopped in 30 days and I will finally be free of you!!!

@virginmedia It was for landline and broadband. After hanging on for 25 minutes I gave up and put the phone down. You are currently charging me £59 a month whereas Sky have offered me a package for £26 a month

@virginmedia I have called 3 times today and given up twice and got thru after 10 mins 3rd time. I gave all info only to be now told they are not the department I speak to despite you giving me the nbr and options to use!!! I am not holding to them speak to yet another person ... AWFUL!!!

.@virginmedia customer service twice hang up the phone, website says broadband works perfectly in the area, and still there’s no internet and no way to find out from you what’s happening. And still paying the highest bill every month compared to every other provider!

@virginmedia Just to advise I have given my 3 days notice ... I do not have the time or patience to deal with your appauling customer service or incompetence any longer .... I recorded my notice and as of 30 days I will be cancelling my DD .... finally rid of your awful company!!!
