    Now going to look at changing to Sky. Absolutely unacceptable delay by @virginmedia for a week. Trying to work from home. Definitely time to go. We pay a lot of money for a service that we’re not receiving. Don’t use them

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia Just called. Message says there are intermittent problems in the area. Then back to main menu on the phone says “ there are no problems in the area goodbye “. Not impressed

    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    @virginmedia An intermittent problem in the area (we appear to be the only one). It’s not intermittent as it’s not working. It’s beyond a joke now. Costing a fortune in data usage

    @virginmedia There are no issues in my area supposedly. So why I’m I told that there are issues when I call. Nobody else around has a problem. My account says everything is working. Who’s telling the truth? Feeling very vulnerable here

    @virginmedia I’ve hammered my mobile data since the internet has been down it’s costing me a fortune. I’m not even sure that the site will benefit me.

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

    @virginmedia It’s Hannah. I’ve been a customer with Virgin since 2019. I don’t need to check the postcode checker again, I want to know why your still advertising our post code as available for service on price comparison sites? When you clearly don’t provide to that area?

    Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

    @virginmedia @777Janetjones This outage is so poor and comes after several others. Estimated fix is now 9am tomorrow having originally been 10.25pm tonight. That will be about 24 hours. Luckily your share price won't crash like Facebooks after a 6 hour outage

    @virginmedia Who is at fault? Only Virgin is having issue, people who are on BT have internet and don't have as much issue, You are actually a running joke in this town coz we are having so much issue, i would say at least once a week !
