    @virginmedia Netflix freezes, loses signal and then just hangs. Only way round it is to turn box off. This is a very common problem that VM seem to choose to ignore

    @virginmedia has to have the worst hold music for a service line on the planet. And, as a #VirginMedia customer you get to listen to it every couple of weeks. One of the pluses of being a Virgin customer!

    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    @virginmedia This isn't currently affecting me, although I am a customer. I saw a friend caught by your clause. I think if you cannot supply a service when a customer moves home, you should not be charging the customer. By so doing it's highly unlikely the customer will return should 1/2

    Can you please listen to what people are saying @virginmedia and ask if they have the right equipment for upgrades etc. I have the TV 500 but you put me down as having the V6.

    My @virginmedia broadband stops working out of nowhere. They can’t send an engineer until Saturday. Then I look outside and there’s a virgin van parked right outside. Customer services can’t tell me anything and hang up on me. Nice.

    @virginmedia Tivo box hard drive burnt out (is what I was told on the phone), Internet in only one room, and even in that room it drops in and out often. 2 cancelled engineer visits. Awful from virgin media. And as I say you now want to charge me to leave! Absolute Audacity. Shambles.
