    @virginmedia @virginmedia it goes on, we have had no Internet for 3 months, that’s finally been fixed and now no TV, and I am still on the line, 58 minutes, not sure where the guy has gone, I’m not putting the phone down!

    So @virginmedia have said a broadband outage since last night will be fixed by 12:25, 17:00 now by 20:10! Very disappointed. Going to be paying extra for my mobile data to try to get some work done! #N4

    @virginmedia This letter was never received. No attempt to contact us was made. was initially told by Virgin that they thought the account holder had called to have the account disconnected. I have since tried to rectify the situation by calling Virgin to request our account be reconnected.

    @virginmedia Yes, I did. I said that in both my posts. Three times even before and after I rebooted my router. Other people in postcodes near me are reporting the same problem. It reports back that all is well. But there’s no connection to the internet.

    @virginmedia someone was meant to call me back an hour ago as I have lodged a complaint that my broadband isn’t working. Your call centre could not help and I urgently need engineer as I work from home. I will need to have compensation for taking a days leave otherwise.

    @virginmedia @pgee91 No, the team on the phone have not told us anything except an engineer is on site to fix issue. Meanwhile the ‘Fix estimation’ time continues to go up, and ‘An engineer is on his way’ - is he coming from the call centre in India too as has taken hours...

    @virginmedia This is not account specific data. There’s a Service outage in a large area. Updates on service areas such as mine e8 service area 15. Are not sensitive. Other utilities say there seems to be an outage in your area. Call or chat for detailed information.

    Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband because I’m moving and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes out of the 36 minutes (and counting...) of this call. Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

    @virginmedia Apart from Alex the rest of the team were playing parcel parcel. Never took ownership. I had to speak to 6 different people. You were informed to cancel contract, property was empty due to fire and bereavement. I was told i had a huge bill. Zak and Steven were patronising .

    Getting rid of Virgin media once and for all. Sick of inconsistent connection after 6:45pm - might aswell use aol dial up... Remember that speed? That's where I'm at and @virginmedia international hardly speaking English customer service is a absolute nightmare.

    @virginmedia Our Members of The ******* Idiots Club who are Virgin Broadband users voted Virgin Broadband as the worst Broadband provider in the UK. It is continually going offline with messages lying about reconnection times. Even Which Magazine rate VM as rubbish. tcfioftfic

    @virginmedia It doesn't connect. The hotspots are displayed, and tells you that it will automatically connect when it's near one. It doesn't matter how close I am it doesn't connect. However, looking at the Wi-Fi network list, a virgin media network is visable, and within range.

    @virginmedia I was told another 30 days and pay rental. I am certainly advising my family and friends not to take Virgin. Tour speeds mat be good but your service is extremely poor with rude mangers and advisors. I had to go through security 6 times and explain all every time.

    @virginmedia It is my wired connection that is at fault. Have literally plugged my laptop in directly to the Virgin Hub box and run various tests and network diagnostics for which I have confirmed the slow speeds.
