@virginmedia quite a bit of a laughing stock from how bad their service has been today. I’ve had no internet for a week now and I know it’s a minor problem but it’s becomes a pretty major one when you work at home a fair amount.

Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

Can I just swap provider without having to contact the dreaded @virginmedia. The customer service is truly the worse ever, but the product is quite good. But I shouldn’t have to pay for something I’m not even using
