@virginmedia probably, no defenitely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hrs on the phone over 2 days, transferred unknown number of times and hung up on twice and still no result.

@virginmedia Hi thanks for the response We reported issue 1st on Monday last week it was intermittent all week 2 or 3 days we had nothing despite engineer visit It corrected itself Friday late pm. We had been told we had an issue but The engineer advised we were affected by a local outage

@virginmedia They have a record, I called this morning as its lasted the weekend without issue. Compensation was refused. Hence the tweet. It was on an off whole week. Even tried changing a resistor which did not work

@virginmedia Hi John, thanks for the reply. The app says coverage is good. The slow speeds I've recorded recently, device disconnects and lag spikes (mostly playing games online) affect both wired and wireless connections which is why I have a feeling something might be wrong with the hub?

@virginmedia fastest and most reliable? I don’t think so, intermittent problem for months, yet an engineer can’t come out and change the hardware. Customer service for me has been pants. Come on @virginmedia honour your contract. I pay you but don’t get the promised service!!
