    @virginmedia Also "we're" not "were" Yes pls - can you give update on "Trouble Call 12165447"? I was given that as a reference number for issue engineers were investigating; I received a text saying it was fixed but the problem persists. Also - insane that your bot asks for bank sort code!

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. But, given all my ethernet conncted devices do not lose connection the router's WiFi signal is the issue. I tried resetting last night and the problem has gotten worse! This router has progressively deteriorated over the last 8 months it was fine before!

    @virginmedia We are not asking for an engineer 🤔 your customer service team informed us 3 weeks ago that the only solution was a new box which they were sending within a few days. This is the problem, no box delivered= no picture. @richardbranson #shockingcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Engineer coming out next week. Let’s hope they can fix it. It’s a shame you can’t mark households as, “This person knows what they’re talking about. We’ll send an engineer.” It’s the ‘check list’ of things to do before you’ll send an engineer that I dislike.

    @virginmedia has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my time on this planet. I’ve never encountered more incompetent people over the phone who don’t even help me out with my issue or offer any form of resolution. Absolutely terrible terrible service
