@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

.@virginmedia amazing that when I want to talk to someone about moving house or changing my existing package, your team are more than willing to chat to me. When I get transferred to the team to disconnect my services and cancel my contract I get hung up on after 25 mins on hold.

The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic ! What’s the connection, I wonder?

Been waiting 30 minutes on the phone for @virginmedia to pick up and still no one ! Not only their products are rubbish but their customer service is even worse ! Won’t recommend it AT ALL 😤😤😤😤😤
