@virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

@virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

@virginmedia WiFi is STILL not working... new engineer installed today following a move, and couldn’t make it work. Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

@virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

@virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

@virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

@virginmedia upgrade to 360 has caused no end of issues - slow WiFi, slower TV, losing saved programmes, and customer services very unhelpful. When we suggested complaining they hung up. #virgin #nocustomerservice

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia The speeds go up when connected to an ether net cable but I can't rewire the house because your not providing the service I pay for. Can't plug a cat 5 cable into a tablet or phone. You sell WIFI not ethernet. I been through the lot over and over again. I need an engineer tosort

@virginmedia I do. It’s the same result. My pc tops out at 1gig so I understand I’ll not get full whack on there and when it’s good I hit 900 But it’s dropping to sub 400 down to 70 is the concern. I reset the router last time and that helped. I do however have a lot of devices.

@virginmedia Just tested everything. All is OK. For the min ! But something is not right. The dropouts could be supply and demand. But ? Since the roll out of this City fibre in the area. There seems to be problems. Maybe I am being a little suspicious.

@virginmedia I did say I've done all your troubleshooting guides with no joy. I've just seen this morning that a number of people in my area have been experiencing intermittent service for at least 3 weeks. Maybe send an engineer to check your equipment?

V poor #customerexperience from @virginmedia having signed up a month ago & no connection at all! Keep being told after me chasing of area outage when my neighbours in same building is working?! Zero call backs after complaints & speaking with supervisors. Needs urgent action.
