@virginmedia I want to cancel my contract as it is at the end. Twice now I have been kicked off the chat whilst waiting. This is unacceptable. I can't ring at present so the chat is ideal to run in the background. I just want to press a button that says end the contract!

@virginmedia Ok, thx. I've run the tests for an apparent issue with TV service (no description of what it is) checking all cables. No change. This only happens on sky sports live broadcasts. Maybe it's an issue at the originating end? Nevertheless, it's very poor. Would an engineer help?

@virginmedia I’m using the Sky Sports Mac App, connecting to the SkySports website, clicking “Watch” and the using my virgin media credentials to try and login. All from my home which is powered by my virgin connection. It’s rejecting me for security reasons but I’ve always used this method.
