@caffyhank @virginmedia They are shite. I left them 2 weeks ago due to the same issue. 100mb and was getting like 2mb. Although when I phoned up a few days before disconnection, they messed with my settings and I got 100mb!!

@virginmedia Done this multiple times and yes there has been since 26th jan ! Was supposed to be fixed by 9th feb . Been on phone for 3 hrs , promised call backs and then asked yesterday to do the downloads . Your advice is going around in circles and not sorting our issues out .

@virginmedia Update : got through after approx 20 mins , fault still in area and no expected completion date . Home schooling restarts next week and I’m hoping it will be resolved by then as causing many problems for my children online doing the work set by their schools

@virginmedia on phone last night for nearly 3 hrs trying to resolve a speed issue 16 not 350!. Promised a phone call today which didn’t happen ( again ) . Now on hold waiting for over an hour again . Have contacted Ofcom for advice as this is surely a breach of contract

@virginmedia So I’ve scanned the living room ok Come up to the bedroom above the router, can’t find it! And doesn’t find it anywhere else upstairs! My phone won’t connect so the WiFi at all! It shows as connected but can’t access the internet. And I’ve forgotten the network!

@virginmedia Tv services are back up and running but due to an awful month not having it working do wonder when it will go down again . WiFi still shockingly disappointing. 48 mbps is our download yet we are paying for 200 mbps ie what we upgraded to a few months back . Disappointing

@richardbranson @virginmedia as a long standing customer across Virgin's multiple brands, are you telling me if you cannot provide broadband service for over 20hrs you cannot do anything because Virgin Policy says only if you are suffering for 48hrs I'll look to compensate
