@virginmedia Unbelievably poor service! My broadband and phone line cut off by your contractors without so much as a basic check that the cable was providing service. Now got to wait days for service to be restored.

@virginmedia I have reported it at about 11.45 this morning. Wasn't given a fault reference, told a ticket had been raised and I would get a message to my mobile from field support engineers but it might be days before anything can be done. Heard nothing yet. Also raised a complaint as this..

@virginmedia I am away in Europe again from tomorrow and need a service that works. I have been on hold for 30mins several calls and your assistant cut me off despite a promise at the start of the call that they will ring straight back should the call end. I’m still waiting 2.5hr later!!

@virginmedia I called the mobile team at the start of the year to put a £5 cap on my mobile contract which my daughter uses but have now received a bill for £29 and discovered the cap was never put on. CS on the phone insisted I've never called about this but I know for a fact I did....

@Bluhawk1875 @vmbusiness Hope not! Maddening thing is they were working next door to tidy up the awful cabling job they'd done when they replaced our cable, the guy rang his boss about what to do with the badly installed cable and was just told to cut it! No check to see if it was live!!!

@virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

@virginmedia is a case of complete incompetence by your engineers. Complaint reference is COM103375838. Have had no contact. What you can do is find out why a manager authorised a live cable being cut and get the engineers back to reinstate my service.

@virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse
