@virginmedia The TV goes all distorted I’ve done webchats phone calls the lot nothing has been resolved was told it was a problem in the area , neighbours have had no issues happened still have issues now but not as often but it’s a bit annoying esp when I’ve not had any money off

@virginmedia business installation, been given 6 dates since 17th January. 4 no show or wrong booked, 2 attendance but not equipped to extend installation from 1sf floor to 2nd. even billed for a service which is not even installed yet. Nightmare #virginmedia #broadband

@virginmedia Think we need to call an engineer out anyways, before the outage I was only getting 600mbps max when my package is the 1Gig.

@virginmedia Looks like we know what the issue is. Because we're now on 5g it appears that we have been moved to Vodafone from EE. This was not made clear when we took out our contract so I now have a phone I can't use as Vodafone is totally useless at SY9. Seriously unhappy.

@virginmedia I was told they would do a test on the line then said they would escalate it to the tech team and I would get it resolved in the next 24 hours and they would phone me but never heard back, I have been with you for donkeys years but now I am disheartened by the recent service
