    @virginmedia Broadband issues since May 2018. Multiple calls to customer service with no permanent fix. Last time I called I was asked the same questions repeatedly then cut off. Want a new hub that works and a bill review as it’s gone from £65 to £79 since Sept 2018!

    @virginmedia 6 week a ago we lost all service, finally got an appt for yesterday to have cable dug up and reconnected. Engineer rang twice to check contractors had done street work - no. Assured by CS it would be done, it wasn't. Now another 2 weeks! You just don't care!

    Made a complaint to @virginmedia 10 days ago via their online service with a 7 day anticipated response time and yet have heard nothing since the acknowledgement of my complaint. This basically sums up my experience over the past year of ineffective response to our issues.

    @CapnKink @virginmedia They don’t even respond when you complain. I haven’t got the patience to keep phoning to get a temporary fix. Just gotta decide which service to switch to and they’re gone.

    @virginmedia 8 conversations to cancel our service and cxl confirmed by virgin. Cancellation first made on 28 Feb. Just received a bill and you have billed for April and May. What a shambles you are! Get your act together now! I have paid final balance & no more is due!

    @virginmedia please help I’m at my wits end. You have given me the wrong landline number which you accept. I have spoken to 4 different advisers that have given me different dates that this will be switching back to our original number. This never happens. The last date was 09/08

    @virginmedia No issues in my area. Only the Gig1 service not being fit for purpose. 500MB service was fine. Assume the network bandwidth for the Gig1 service isn’t quite ready for the amount of customers trying to use it.

    @virginmedia Well, neither price gouging nor fraud are technical issues, so the only purpose served would be to make the poor call centre op feel bad. I did call them when an engineer cut off my internet for a week last month while installing another flat's internet, as THAT was an accident.

    Is there some problem with @virginmedia tonight? My set top box suddenly restarted itself and is now stuck unable to load channels. The router has also restarted itself and cannot reconnect to the network now.

    @virginmedia Box always gets warm but tonight your service 100% sucks, tv unwatchable, internet been down for over 2 hours hub 4 turned red as it wouldn’t connect and still can’t! Also taken our phone line down. You definitely don’t want to keep customers do you??
