@virginmedia I’ve been having issues with my wifi since I got it last year and now we’ve been talked into getting a “pod” for an extra £5 p/m only for the guy to say it still doesn’t guarantee wifi speed. Whatever you lot are smoking please quit.

I've never had a more frustrating ISP than @virginmedia support lines provide no help and we're stuck in a loop of disconnects whilst being told nothing is wrong.

-
Chad Masters (@chadlymasterson) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia @m1kewh1te83 Well you see i have asked multiple times for a replacement HUB and told i was not allowed a HUB 4 unless i bought your 1Gbps service. Now why would i buy that if your current services are down regularly and wont replace my hub? Twice in the same week it has been down!!

Shannon Johnson (@shannxnj) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?
-
Steven 'STIG' Jones (@stevejones88) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia after 3.5hrs on the phone to your teams in every country from around the world today with horrendous customer service, can I get a phone number for a manager or complaints department in ENGLAND. Already filed complaint with communications ombudsman for Ofcom.
-
Adwoa Agyeiwaa (@tweet_estaa) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia If these pods don’t work, I’ll back with more reasons for why people should avoid using your rubbish service. It’s pathetic really that I have to come on Twitter to do this for you to be bothered just because of reputation. Disgraceful

Question Time Can someone explain to me why prices are increasing on phone contracts, Internet contracts, and lots more? The best packages already cost a **** ton with providers like Virgin Media, but now they are going up. It just all seems very odd to me.
-
Oh What Now (@OhWhatN0W) reported
@virginmedia Yes, all is well on the network, which tells me you obviously don’t test it properly.

@virginmedia is there any chance you're going to stop charging for a Netflix account that belongs to someone else? Your forums are rife with this data protection breach and the Netflix issues. #GDPR #Ofcom

Ibam (@imzyii) reported
@virginmedia Nope over the phone but he was rude and never listened to what I was saying as he thought he knew everything . When my devices were clearly telling me there was no Internet connection but he was talking nonsense about how this is 3rd brand issue ie Samsung phone fault
-
Jags (@jagsdx) reported
@SanyoKumari89 You’ve done right tbh. Hopefully they come out to sort yours. Usually I have no problem with virgin media but this time they’ve pushed the issues to a whole other level. It’s an outage in the area apparently
