@virginmedia had issues for years......so many calls logged. Wifi doesnt cover whole house and is intermittent all day. Its frustrating. Just logging another call now. Used so much mobile data due to these issues. Never had an issue in this house until virgin.

@virginmedia I have received a further two or three calls, following the request to remove one of the V boxes to save me some money, offering me different packages as a ‘loyal’ customer which would be costing me more! #youcouldntmakeitup 🙄

@virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM We are currently moving house and trying to cancel our account unfortunately the call agents think it's funny to keep a client on the phone for 3 hours even more so they are happy to direct us to a department that is closed which terminates a call.

@virginmedia been on hold to cs for 20+ minutes. No tv service. Intermittent service for the last 4/5 weeks. I just want to watch tv. I pay £100s /yr and yet not getting the service expected. I think I will have to contact Sky for a comparison sad after 15 years
