Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

Had one day of service and stupidly canx Engineer due next day and hey presto back down we go again. 1 week wait for engineer, 1 day of BB, and now earliest slot for Engineer +1 week. Buyer beware. It just keeps wanting to download new settings, works for a bit and then fails. Engineer now booked for next Wednesday which is an eternity running my business from home.
