    Ummm @virginmedia a day to use 5gb free data to compensate for no service, when the most important thing for me is being able to make calls. I get these things happen but you should know or ask what is important to your customers

    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia The connection isn't working properly,I have to restart hub 3 or 4 time of the day,so no anymore call to virgin support for internet because they say same just restart hub,waiting for finish my contract and move to other network

    @virginmedia Continuous intermitent issues for 6 month, Days wages have been lost we got told an engineer would be out on the 8th and didn't turn up. I need the wifi at it's best because it's how I make a living, my partner had to take days off work and we don't know if she'll be compensated

    @virginmedia The package discounts were applied incorrectly and ended almost a year before the contract was due to end. Yesterday I was told I had contacted 5 times about this issue that is still to be resolved. I have received no callback as promised yesterday.

    @virginmedia We got told it was a minor issue the other day on the phone, but like I said it's been 6 months, in that time we've paid for a a service that we hadn't recieved. We pay for 500MBS and barely get our minimum.

    @virginmedia at ~1:30AM on Thursday according to the logs you sent out an update to the Hub 4. Since then it’s been green as a light no matter how many times it restarted. When I reported this using the status check it said to wait 24 hours. I’ve returned to the same problem.
