    @virginmedia It seems ok the last few times I have checked it, but the whole point of this is that several months have passed with poor service poor management and me getting not the service I am paying for. Only time you want to telephone is when you want more money

    Quite frustrating that @virginmedia requires you to sign in to test whether the broadband is down when it is clearly down. Especially when the landlord has all the information for that...

    So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

    @virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

    @virginmedia It's been particularly bad in the last 3-6 months, but we've had issues on and off for years. I can show exactly when it drops out as our Ring connection loses it. The area fault is now "fixed", but we lose connection fully every 5-7 days no matter what.

    @MissRachilli @virginmedia This may not be the issue, but when I was having similar problems it turned out all of the coax cable connectors both inside and outside of the property (where the cable comes in) were rusted. Once replaced everything worked great. Worth a look maybe?

    @virginmedia hi, I wanted to go Virgin when I moved into my flat last May but was told my block was not connected to your network so I had to go elsewhere (as I couldn’t wait for it to be connected). If I wanted to switch to you later this year, would you connect the block?

    @virginmedia Moved house and virgin don’t cover the new address. I was NOT told about a cancellation charge on the call. I had two hoses and no issues when I left the other property

    @virginmedia And when I say lose it fully - that's for both wired and wireless. Don't even get me started about our wifi... I regularly use up my 15GB of data on my phone each month because our wifi is so bad that it barely works day-to-day and I have to use my phone on 4G instead of wifi.
