    @VodafoneUK I can't log into my account, can't get an answer on the 191 number and can't load webchat help. My 2 years are up but I can't upgrade or change to sim only if I can't get hold of anyone.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @Petrolhead_Rich @VodafoneUK In the 3rd pic they say it's a network issue too, looks like there's no communication between departments at all. Like.. just face it, there isn't sufficient network coverage and they need more masts /stronger masts that can push signals out further.

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile not sure if you can help. I got the Samsung S20FE not too long ago from Vodafone shop & the phone is getting that hot I can't actually keep it in my pocket for the discomfort. Plus it keeps shutting off. Any ideas? It concerns me a little just how hot.
