I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
