    @VodafoneUK That’s the first place I went to when I had a problem. I’ve done all that. Both. The tv goes in and out of fuzziness when using apps and my phone apps constantly dip

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @VodafoneUK Your service checker does that and my husband has signed up for your text updates. So far it's been dates with hope only to have hopes dashed when they aren't met. I'm fairly sure you don't need a DM to check the manor park area and figure out what's going on. #Accountability

    @VodafoneUK No. People need to know what #vodafonetreats really mean. You can text me every week and advertise your stuff but you can't fix your towers in a reasonable time. If you actually take until August 31 that is more than 3 months down @NewhamLondon needs to rise up for their people.

    been with @virginmedia for 10yrs & paying £65/m for 350Mb/s (I only get 15-50Mb/s), they have refused to help, replace hardware & lower tariffs. As there is no loyalty, it’s time to find an ISP that actually gives a good service. What are your thoughts on @VodafoneUK @bt_uk
