    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK I can't log into my account, can't get an answer on the 191 number and can't load webchat help. My 2 years are up but I can't upgrade or change to sim only if I can't get hold of anyone.

    @OpenreachHelp Yes, I spoke to the openreach engineer today and he informed me there was no reason put down for the delay till 21st. He had come to reconnect us but obviously there was no pole, so there seems to be a lack of communication in your company. @VodafoneUK giving no solid updates

    @VodafoneUK I requested to have a NUC code many weeks ago. I received it and it didn't work. I went on live chat on requested another. I was told i would wait 7 working days and given ref ID 188130532736121384 and told about the "internal system that never fails". 1/3

    right the internets still a peace of crap presumably due to it being a new change over to @VodafoneUK ... we'll see what happens i guess, but that means no stream unless a miracle happens, will carry on with the save and do periodic updates throughout the night
