@VodafoneUK I’m being bombarded by spam/robot calls every day from different 7785 numbers. I’ve had 7 already today. Besides blocking these individually, is there anything Vodafone can do to help with this?

It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

@VodafoneUK I started my call at 7.30pm, and was put on hold, listening to the same 3 songs over and over, occasionally interrupted by being told we are really busy, not once did it mention closing at 8pm, so I was still on hold when it was closed according to you!!! Great service.. 🙈
