    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Number ported to a cancelled contract, despite assurances the transfer was cancelled. Manager ‘refused’ to talk to us to try & resolve it. Left with no phone & having lost a phone number lots of old contacts have

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated today. I have been charged over £50 for being 2gig over an account I asked to be capped. I have been blamed for not checking my account. This is the second time that I have cancelled my account. Never again

    @VodafoneUK terrible service! My Mum’s phone was stolen yesterday, been told three times it has been blocked. Each time we’ve called it and someone has answered so no block. Told new phone was available to pick up in Paddington store, an hour later told there’s none in stock.

    @VodafoneUK Having trouble logging in to our new broadband account, on Sat your call centre said they would reset the details (they didn't). Your chat person today says they can't do anything until the broadband goes live. Not impressed so far with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK I was told phone was ordered after an hour on hold. When it still hadn’t arrived I spent time calling again and guess what, turns out because I had not signed an email agreement I had not been sent, the order was cancelled! Disgusted! I have been a customer for years

    @VodafoneUK I am appalled at your customer service. I entered into a verbal contract (I’m based in Scotland) with Vodafone for a new phone on Thursday. I never received an order confirmation or the written agreement to electronically sign, so I phoned. I was on hold for an hour!
