I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

@VodafoneUK Worst service ever! Can't get signal in N16 6 area. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Paying loads of money every month and I can't speak with my wife or send a message. Send someone to just walk around my area. Kyverdale, Cazenove and Alkham Road. #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

@VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

Dear @VodafoneUK what I'd really like for #FeelgoodFriday would be to get my damn phone number working so people can call me. I have data again after A WEEK without and can call out after cut off for TWO DAYS but STILL no-one can call me. Your "support" is truly #terrible

@VodafoneUK honestly ur network is so ****. I'm considering switching over to some one who has better 5g coverage and one that doesn't switch off data out of the blue. Coz of you guys dead net, I couldn't end my @limebike at the location I was at. Had to ride it further to end it

@VodafoneUK - for over 3 hours ,your assistant was rude , cutting me off as my battery was dying after asking me to take a pic of my router which cut me off when I went to the camera app ,I've just tried to contact via the app but apparently they're having tech problem's

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK George, condolences for the loss of your mum. Vodaphone is disgraceful. I would suggest you post a piece on LinkedIn and tag as many senior execs as you can and also get this picked up in the media. I vowed never to use Vodaphone again as they way overcharged me.

@HarveyFirestone @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When our mum died virgin media were the same , spoke with bereavement team , but said I couldn't cancel or change payment details without a password , I mentioned seance as well . A lot of other companies fantastic . Water company was the best .

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with TalkTalk after my mother died. I told them that she was 'Deceased'. The person at the other end then asked when it was possible to speak to her! Took a solicitor to get rid of the problems.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK NORD VPN. Only ever signed up for 2 yrs. Email said they'd changed terms & conditions, & would keep direct debiting in perpetuity. Told me to sign in to an account I've never signed in to before to be able to get out of a contract I never agreed to. Haven't used service in 5 yrs
