    Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom is this something I should be complaining to you about. @VodafoneUK solution is to repeat the same process for a third time knowing and expecting a different result. Not sure how to take this further but I believe it needs addressing.

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @VodafoneUK Great your doing this for people. But what about fixing your UK service? It’s now 48 hrs I’ve been without service. Tried moving to ESIM. Nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing. You killed my SIM now can’t activate ESIM using QR code. Maybe it’s time to go elsewhere…
