@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie, I never got to speak to a team member as I was on hold for 3 hours. The live support team told me I needed to call to cancel my package and get a refund and I never got through to anyone, the automated response cut me off after 3 hours and 18 minutes of waiting

Today's @VodafoneUK annoyance: they've deactivated the entertainment package I requested & paid for, but activated the security service I did not want & will not pay for. Good network, but consistently terrible customer service/provisioning.
