On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough
