  • londonsardu
Londonsardu #FBPE (@londonsardu) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK And despite my calls to customer services Maria didn’t back down and I stormed out of the store. I think it’s ridiculous that you charge for an on the spot repair but to have done for free I’d have to be separated from my phone for 10 days. I’ve had my contract for

  • juddgoldstein
Judd Goldstein (@juddgoldstein) reported from Paddington, England

Hi @VodafoneUK I know you’re Rhine to convert my lucrative pay-as-you-go contract with you to a regular contract. However I’m going to be canceling and changing providers instead after the disgusting customer service you’ve provided my girlfriend after she was mugged [1/2]

  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK Mille, it would be much easier to be patient if we knew how long it was really going to take to fix. An hour? A day? A week? A month? Please just be transparent. “As quickly as possible” doesn’t mean anything.

  • MikScarlet
Mik Scarlet (@MikScarlet) reported from Camden Town, England

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I'd avoid O2 in Camden. The reception is awful in doors.

  • katvantassel
Kat Saha-Sen (@katvantassel) reported from Kensington, England

@VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

  • maryyasmine
Mary working from home (@maryyasmine) reported from Kensington, England

@cribby15 @Kaimurphy1 @VodafoneUK So Vodafone is crap and Three are crap in London too. Is EE and their incredibly expensive contracts the only provider with an acceptable internet coverage?

  • jimkel40
jim kelly (@jimkel40) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK when are you going to fix your website. I’m trying to give you more business but whenever I try to do an upgrade all I get is a sorry message that there is a technical issue

  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

  • oliviaanderso34
Olivia Anderson (@oliviaanderso34) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK my broadband isn’t working and is crazily slow. I’m in central London. It’s ridiculous! And I can’t get through to anyone to help!

  • RishiMadlani
Rishi Madlani (@RishiMadlani) reported from Camden Town, England

They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

  • bhabani79
Bhabanistan (@bhabani79) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@VodafoneUK customer service should be renamed as republic of #liars. Do not #trust #Vodafone.

  • JimBethell
Lord Bethell (@JimBethell) reported from Paddington, England

@MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

  • AndrewCarrier
Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK, do your support Family Setup on the Apple Watch SE? Trying to add my son’s watch to my plan but it’s not offering me the option during setup.

  • the_loop_line
Katie Rose (@the_loop_line) reported from Brentford, England

@VodafoneUK literally makes no sense to me... I can get my daughter a better deal on Vodafone by NOT buying frm Vodafone... Despite the fact that the 1st person who answered my call made a song & dance about my being SUCH a loyal customer and giving me the best deal possible...

  • Rikkilawton
Rikki Lawton (@Rikkilawton) reported from Brentford, England

@VodafoneUK That’s Shu but it’s a terrible service. I’ve called 191 and haven’t once been able to get through to an advisor. Could someone please call me because I’ve called 191 and 56677 multiple times already today with no luck. I just want to pay my bill.

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Just been fined for shocking customer service. So sorry for your loss

  • IanP_Images
    Ian P Images (@IanP_Images) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

  • dionnewills
    Dionne W (@dionnewills) reported

@VodafoneUK who can help me with a complaint about a broadband service issue? My elderly parents have been without internet for seven weeks now and you will not listen to them or send out an engineer.

  • manutdazza
    manutdazza (@manutdazza) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Just pay what you calculate to his date of passing and let them sue his estate for the service provided while he was dead. See how far they get with that

  • offshorelegal99
Tokyo Trader Legal and Investment (@offshorelegal99) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thats appalling they can if they wanted to ...this company have recently been fined by Ofcom for horrendous customer failings so do esculate your complaint higher...im sorry to hear about your beloved dads passing....

  • ChatchoMan
    You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.

  • jnafr
    FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported

B43 Birmimgham Can you sort out bad internet connection pleaze? @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK ....................... @O2 is fine.

  • worldmeetdani
    Dani🦁 (@worldmeetdani) reported

@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the exact same issue. I cancelled a mobile WiFi contract when moving home after uni, the agent on the phone confirmed my contract was cancelled and then when I started checking my credit score I got the shock of a lifetime!

  • SteveMaslinG
    Steve Maslin (@SteveMaslinG) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

  • 1983_edward
    Ed (@1983_edward) reported

@VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.
