    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    What’s wrong with @VodafoneUK. Calls keep dropping and signal keeps switching between 4G with one bar to 3G with two bars to E. Happy Holidays!!

    @karsbreanne @VodafoneUK I left them many many years ago when they charged my ex >£700 - his phone was stolen, he reported it immediately but they still charged him! And I will never go back to them. Ever.

    @VodafoneUK Wimbledon store not helpful with @VOXI_UK You sell the SIMs but tell me to go online to sort out any issues trying to activate the services that are part of taking out a contact. Really poor.

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    @VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can discuss my complaint and try to prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

    Been with @VodafoneUK years as a mobile customer, as soon as I add broadband to my deal. F*ck up, after f*ck up - I am livid, now looking at a way to get out of both contracts because the last letter they've sent me is enough to send anyone over the edge. Sort your sh*t out.

    @VodafoneUK to my Flip Z 5G tucked Samsung watch but before I had iPhone with watch, iphone is no more but apple watch is, I asked to just cancel my eSim and told yes it is possible, contaced CS and after 56 min waiting I been told not possible, also returning samsung watch.

    Upgrade phone contract with @VodafoneUK includes entertainment pack as before. 7 days and 12 attempts to choose Spotify through all their links and im now being charged for it. Solution remove and restart. Come on this is ridiculous. Won't be upgrading again. #badcustomerservice
