@O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

I stopped direct debit & they put me into default on credit files. Written complaints unanswered. Corporate bullies

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Same problem for me this week - first he told me to enable mobile data so we didn't lose the live chat... well duh! Then he had me take the socket apart at the wall and asked me to change the filter. I had to check I wasn't being punked, but he told me to mind my language -awful!

Why has @VodafoneUK broadband suddenly become completely dire and incapable of functioning? Had no problems for years and now all of a sudden connection dropping every 15 minutes or so in the evening and every hour or so through the day. So frustrating!

@VodafoneUK It's taken 2x10 days, numerous hours, over £200 in costs, inc extra data, new phone and sim, to finally be told that. So my phone can't work again for several months till I'm back in the UK? You offer roaming why? which I hardly received and your manager never returned a call!
