    Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    If you having problems with Vodafone Broadband it will appear their DNS servers are down, to fix, log into your router and change the DNS server to google DNS 8.8.8.8 or cloudflare 1.1.1.1 @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK until it’s sorted.
