    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @lochvue @VodafoneUK Are they currently advertising a new super-duper service at a slightly increased cost? I always found my existing service would get really **** at such times. The idea, I’m sure, was to get you to sign up for new service out of sheer frustration.

    Wow. What has happened to #vodafoneuk customer service. Was once a thing to be proud of? Leave them for a few months and they go on a recruitment spree in the customer service reject bin. Simple questions left unanswered. I would have recommended them on that alone at one point
