Never and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

@VodafoneUK 1. so my daughter’s contract ran out in November, she took a new vodafone contract through a third party. Paying for both contracts because even though expired you have to actually cancel the original contract. So being charged for both.

Your customer service is shocking! I have had the misfortune of needing to speak to an adviser today. To anyone reading this, if you are ever thinking of signing up with this company my advice: don't bother! @VodafoneUK You are a 45 billion dollar company, hire some staff!
