@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

@VodafoneUK what a complete joke never received such bad customer in my life. Had to speak to 4 people regarding a complaint, to be hung up on and to then get told it’s been closed. And now can’t speak to anyone as that’s depart is now closed been on phone since 16:44 ! 🤬

So after 20 plus years it's time to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK couldn't match the prices of other providers. I wish major companies would reward loyalty, however they never will.
