@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that, doesn't work. Didn't expect it to, because this is not an overuse problem. Greyhound lane has been like this for years. It is obviously a weak/faulty signal. The local transmitter needs repairing/boosting. Please get it sorted. Thank you.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

@8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

@ThreeUK hi can you check your coverage in London E14 4Qa (canary wharf) pls? the data bandwidth is extremely bad . it has been like that since last week. according to your publicity , you are meant to be serving 5G in this area and its not even 1G.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I can see that many 4G and 5G Customers have issues like us. It would be good to put an update on Twitter to advise on what’s happening and when it will be resolved. We’re paying for a service that isn’t working.

Fix it or I’m walking out both contracts to hell with how much time is left on them. You are in breach of contract
