    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently.     @ThreeUKSupport Fraudulent activity. Despite sending proof, calling numerous times and also going in store - the issue still hasnt been resolved. Im glad i wasnt in a compromised position when my phone got blocked. Advised to log in to my account to change security but i can’t as its blocked.
