Hello @ThreeUKSupport your network appears to be broken today. I have full 3G but pretty much no data speeds ok the overground between Peckham rye and Surrey quays, and cable street/shadwell.

FYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

@ThreeUK and @NintendoUK it seems #Three5G service does not work at all with #nintendoswitchonline this is now a complete show stopper for me! Switch games that don't use the online service like #fortnite or #PaladinsGame work fine but this #NATTypeD issue cripples online!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi yes, it is correct but it’s also not linked to just one post code this is a near constant problem and switching between 3G / 4G doesn’t help. My phone signal is always fine for calls and texts it’s just the internet.

@ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work. It has been a issue for over a month now and it consistently a problem in all ports we dock in. I had to have a friend hotspot me to contact my family as this was why I upgraded my contract. It now doesn’t seem worth the price nor effort
