    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I was with three mobile for over 4 Years, and have been presenting issued not only with the service but with my bills. I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

    I've been offered ยฃ5 off my phone bill to stay even though I've paid over ยฃ1,000 to @ThreeUK over the last 4 years for a barely functioning service being lied to that they'll fix the area faults...

    @ThreeUK why could myself and my wife not use our phones last night at the London fireworks, no service wotsoever, even had a message saying your service provider has temporarily turned off your service!!!! Couldn't wish our family and friends happy New Year!!!! Disgusted

    @ThreeUK your network is pathetic and horrible, in a place like Stratford Westfield I donโ€™t get proper reception, just a rip off you guys are. I was made to leave lyca and coke to you by your cc at the store and now that person is just disappeared from the store. Not helpful

    @UKGeocacher @ThreeUK @O2 Having the exact same issue when Iโ€™m around Liverpool Street for work. The biggest city yet the signal on Three is sooo bad.

    @ThreeUK pathetic store customer service at Ilford Exchange Mall store, I was told to port in to your network leaving Lyca I order to get a phone contract, was switched to sin contract and was told to visit you after 5 months of payments and now they say wait for another one year

    Since I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

    I have been having a terrible service from @ThreeUK. There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I have raised it with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUKSupport Itโ€™s the same, and why would I use 3G when Iโ€™m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

    I cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be โ€œsilicon fenโ€ tricky with such terrible network

    I really donโ€™t know why three network keep hiring INDIAN customer service agents who canโ€™t speak English. Really very frustrating @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK I am so fed up with this extremely poor Broadband. I've complained twice and been told it's a mast being fixed. 3 weeks later there is No improvement. It's like living in the dark ages!! Upload speed of only 3.76mb/s

    @ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

    Hi @ThreeUK I am a long term generally satisfied customer. I need a number to ring so that I can speak to a real human being about the +40% increase in my monthly bill. I have done the AI merry go round, got texted a4 figure code and back unto the going nowhere roundabout. ๐Ÿ™

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.
