    Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

    @ThreeUK since my complaint last week to you I am still experiencing signal issue for voice calls/internet. It’s as if like Im living in 90’s that’s the connection am getting, it’s not even 2G, very very poor signal. Need sorting it out ASAP!

    @kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did and it really didn’t help much: the connection for videos or apps that I am using was still very bad. I am paying a monthly fee to get unlimited internet with @ThreeUK , I have a full connection (4 Bars) and no internet. That’s a scam!

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried the chat team the last time I tried to cancel and they wouldn't let me either. I've tried to close her account 4 times and keep being told they want to speak to her first but she can't tell them her name. All I wanted this morning was the speak to complaints in the UK.

    GameDevs - what's the worst development process have you ever had? Ours was the first 3G handsets. We couldn't download ourselves, and had to get @ThreeUK to test it and tell us what was on screen - we couldn't even see it. Took a week of late nights to get it running.

    @ThreeUKSupport They told me that it would be passed to the specialist team and gave me that ref number. In total I've been without a fully working phone for 12 days for a number of different reasons. I've have another account with you for over 15y and never had any issues with that whatsoever!
