Probably due to 5g upgrade works and gently encouraging people to take up 5g when it comes (despite hardly anyone even having 5g devices yet!

I am not able to connect & yes everything is working fine. Very poor connection.

Calling 333, verified and asked be verified again. Asking me my bank about no. No internet to visit my app. Just asking about the signal in the area. They couldn’t help me and hang up.

In dire need of a new phone/Fitbit....you really should take that bundle "deal" down. Unfair practice to run people around, then try to force another bundle on them. Estate agency tactics.

Three keep offering discounts and saying 5g is coming. Wtf. Why can’t they just be honest with everyone and say they can’t cope - it’s not good enough.

Meanwhile because of poor internet reception to central #London (#kingscross, #embankment and my area #FinsburyPark) I am switching to a different provider at the end of this month when my contract expires so I can resolve this situation.

AdeH (@Ade_HRV) reported@ThreeUK Absolutely shocking service. I have spoken to them many times to be told problems will be fixed but 10 months later it's still the same almost none existent service. Painfully slow eg, it takes over 1 minute to login to PayPal account. Calls drop out all the time.
