I love the fact that in this day and age I still can’t get signal on my phone at work. And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

It’s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch

@ThreeUKSupport Everyone seems to have issues whatever network they are on (I presume so but I’ve not asked everyone what network they are on). It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

@ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

Speed & signal issues yet three status checker claims no issues in my area - absolutely sick of this, you get about 3 weeks of decent service then problems for the next 6. How can you go from 5 bar signal to 1 with 1mb speed and there's no issue? Joke 🤬 @ThreeUKSupport

I've been in contact with @ThreeUKSupport and there is no way of getting my money back after being overcharged for four months. I'm now £244.84 down because I forgot when my contract ended and they kept charging me £61.21 for a £24 SIM. Horrible, predatory behaviour!

Actually it's £148.84 taking away the SIM cost I was on, but still, feel terrible that I've lost a LOT of money during a cost-of-living crisis thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not amending your contract automatically when you've paid your phone off. Time to look elsewhere!

@ThreeUKSupport I've had 2 accounts made in my name and address which I didn't do! And your asking for passwords on the account for me to talk to someone to cancel which I obviously don't have as I didn't make the account. How can you let someone do this without ID!
