    @ThreeUK I think this is absolutely disgusting customer service, not only have you not gone through with your resolution to my complaint, you’ve cut me off in dealing with it ..... oh the poor signal coverage is still a huge daily problem

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

    I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

    @kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

    Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile data sim for my son that expires on 4th June . I have tried to cancel it but I am told I need to give 30days notice . Why was the letter not sent out 30days before the end of my contract . 😔

    @ThreeUK I have been having trouble with 4g for months the best I could get before this whole upgrade thing started was 10-20Mbps. Which honestly was fine for what I was doing. But now this upgrade is going on ( and a bit before) I struggle to get even 1Mbps.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, he's tried but can't as it asks for a Three mobile number, which he doesn't have, as he was never sent a SIM. Three have taken £80 despite this and there just seems to be no way to access support and get this sorted out.
