    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 5G coverage very poor around Provost Estate (N1 London). Please can you look into it? Mobile broadband is very slow and sometimes doesn't connect to the 5G network. This is coverage issue, not recent fault so if possible get the 5G coverage booster here!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

    @waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

    So, apparently, if a relative dies suddenly, and they didn’t take the trouble to put you on their phone account as someone who could speak on their behalf, the stock response when trying to sort out their phone is ‘we can’t help you’. Thanks @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello Fraser no never did service was unavailable tried it several times. About 11pm last night we got 4g back so I guess the work had been done. I had to go out about 9pm and the mast had trucks by it. It would have been nice to have had a text to say about the work regardsCliff

    @ThreeUKSupport I preferred it on the 21st Oct...was meant to come on the 11th Nov chased for a week and have been fed false information that it’s coming maybe tomorrow call back then only to find out there was an IT issue shock and it was never sent same old story again by the looks of it

    @ThreeUK Definitely the worst! I had to cancel my broadband with them cas it never works and 2 MONTHS after I'm still waiting for my refund. Rubbish!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've written twice , had 2 replies saying they need a signature, so I wrote again , now saying it's the wrong address , I've phoned and when I have got through the systems are down , I can't get through and I need to close it as like many others I'm out of work due to covid

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kymbeelie, your customer service kindly agreed to let me do it a couple of weeks early as having issues with my phone, so can't be done on My3 yet. Thanks for explaining, though it feels a little bit like new customers and being prioritised over loyal existing ones...

    .@ThreeUKSupport both my husband & I have contacted you numerous times over the last couple of wks & STILL we’ve had no help in fixing our internet service. We have 5 contracts with you — soon to be none if this isn’t sorted ASAP.

    @ThreeUKSupport Chris This is pointless and your colleagues from upgrades are useless she does not ever want to speak to these people. Yeah I agree the experience was horrible and a complaint was registered. However 3 members of my family had their deals matched with online deals except hers
