I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

I have full 4G bars but the phone is struggling to load YouTube, the App Store or the Apple website itself. The funny thing is if I use the device in hotspot mode internet works perfectly fine in other devices.

I have full 4g bars but my phone is not connecting to certain websites, or connecting badly. Tested a different sim (O2) all fine, swapped my 3 sim (replacement) same issue. Not the sim nor phone.
