Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I tried but nothing happened. Every month lift down from the card the money receive the text messages from the bills takes the money off the card.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm hard wired to the router. No WiFi issues here. The router speed fluctuates massively within the same room. During the day my I get latency sometimes over 1second which makes zoom meetings rather difficult and loading web applications pretty painful.
