    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

    @ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles

    THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been 5 days with no connection, when I ring I get told that they will call back... when I ask why I had no call back they say “oh your case was closed” WTF? Useless... DONT EVER CHANGE TO THREE!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    @ThreeUKSupport After trying online to cancel my contract (which didn’t work) on the 21st September I phoned you and after 25 minutes waiting finally spoke with you, asked to cancel the contract and was told it was cancelled.

    @ThreeUK Hi, I was charged for a SIM card I never had and the records show I never used. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!

    Reported Three to ofcom for not providing me with the service I paid for, and for trying to charge me money whist 604MB of data were remaining in the account. I had explained to them and they'd rather money over actually cleaning up their dumbster and no excuse. #ThreeUK

    Over the last 2 days I’ve dealt with the customer service teams at 3 telecoms companies. @VodafoneUK @virginmedia & @ThreeUKSupport They were all utterly awful experiences involving being transferred multiple times, put on hold for ages, and at times ignored & lied to

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried this no escalation team work at weekends now waiting a couple of days for someone to call me back. Why deliver a replacement stolen phone that requires me to hand over my device. I feel like I am in the movie Groundhog Day. Same issues, emails and conversations every day

    @ThreeUKSupport …now that I’ve finally got service. I wouldn’t mind if I wasn’t told multiple conflicting pieces of information, and didn’t have to call and speak to several departments to be promised something else that doesn’t actually happen. I’ve missed out on important work as a result.
