Now I being told to wait another two days for a PUK code so no phone for 4 days! This is a shambles for a customer who has paid on time every time their over priced tariff!! @threeuk this is unacceptable! I’ve already put in a complaint with the ombudsman- absolute disgrace

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t get anything on 4G as you can see by the screenshot despite your coverage checker saying the signal is excellent. This issue has been going on for ages. It’s not my sim or phone as my daughter is having the same problem.

Absolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that should’ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2

@Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

@ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

Just made the biggest mistake moving to @ThreeUK On receiving our new sims my husband and I have moved our previous numbers over. We experienced low network coverage and at times none at all.. my husband called to resolve and his number was cut off with no warning nor no PUK code

@ThreeUKSupport @Bamboo_Kane Hello Pete, just for your information, the steps on iOS 15 to reset network settings are slightly different now. Instead of the option in the general settings just being labelled reset, it’s transfer or reset iPhone, reset and then reset network settings.
