    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, and been trying to sort things out since the 15th of Feb 2021. But now they are avoiding me and hanging up on me. They were two devices iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb I upgraded no upfront cost LY, and an iPhone 12 mini this year, with an upfront cost of £29.

    Yet another full day without a single bit of data from @ThreeUKSupport! How can they be allowed to get away with this level of service. It’s an absolute joke. 1 and a half ******* years! Shame on you! You can stick your £5 compensation! Thanks for the iPhone shaped paperweight

    @BillcabbyCutts @ThreeUK It’s terrible! They had to reimburse my partner. She was charged for devices she didn’t have £1600!!!! Defo changing companies after this

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I was with three mobile for over 4 Years, and have been presenting issued not only with the service but with my bills. I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!

    @ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

    @ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport just joined Three contract and switched my old number from Vodafone which should have taken place yesterday! Today I checked it hasn’t happened yet - call Customer Service no one answer!!! What happened? I gave you the PAC code!

    @ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Can’t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they can’t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

    @ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel my SIM only contract within the cooling off period. Called Three and told can only it do in-store as contract taken out in store. All stores closed because of U.K. lockdown. How can I resolve pls?

    @ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport Switching it to 3g actually does get it working again. So seems to be a specific issue with 4G. This did happen before about two years ago or so now that I think of it.

    Anyone else having issues with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently dealing with 0.2-0.5 Mbps of 3G data because their 4G doesn’t even work in my area despite living in the West Midlands. I’m paying £26 a month for this, I had better 3G signal on my phone in 2005 from Three.

    @ThreeUK i get your support staff are trained to give information, but if you are unable to match a price quote, teach your staff to say that. Efficiency alongside effectiveness is key. I would have rather been told, “we can’t match your quoted price”
