    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didnโ€™t have to...

    @ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this wonโ€™t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not for me, it's for a friend, last night when I went to the network status checker and put in the postcode, it said engineers were completing work on masts near by so things may be affected?

    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts donโ€™t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over ยฃ100.

    Would defo not recommend @ThreeUK Lucky to get signal in most places. They told me Croydon was good and I have 1 or 2 bars everywhere

    @ThreeUKSupport I wish to cancel my SIM only contract within the cooling off period. Called Three and told can only it do in-store as contract taken out in store. All stores closed because of U.K. lockdown. How can I resolve pls?

    @ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and 5 trasactions totalling around ยฃ84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

    Once again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!

    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport ur home broadband service in South Lanarkshire has been woefully unacceptable for almost a month as has your attempts at "customer service". Definitely pulling the plug on my contract as soon as possible.
