    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard exactly the same “hymn” - giving you my post ode is pointless - the network is broken and shamefully so. The network Is dishonest. The network I not fit for purpose in any city.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi yes, it is correct but it’s also not linked to just one post code this is a near constant problem and switching between 3G / 4G doesn’t help. My phone signal is always fine for calls and texts it’s just the internet.

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport your network appears to be broken today. I have full 3G but pretty much no data speeds ok the overground between Peckham rye and Surrey quays, and cable street/shadwell.

    @ThreeUKSupport The real thing is - scripted response aside - the three network has never been worse. There isn’t a spot in London where a data connection can be maintained. I’d be happy with 15mb if it was reliable and available. Instead you sell a fairytale.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that, doesn't work. Didn't expect it to, because this is not an overuse problem. Greyhound lane has been like this for years. It is obviously a weak/faulty signal. The local transmitter needs repairing/boosting. Please get it sorted. Thank you.

    @ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

Oh AND they threw in a years free subscription to either Spotify or now tv

    @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone about an account. I've tried online chat, dialling 03333381001 but they cannot help with the issue. There must be some way of speaking to a customer service manager. The previous options are not suitable for the very complicated issue we have

    @ThreeUKSupport Here it is. I use between 2.5Gb and 4Gb per month. 2.5Gb @ 5p per Mb is £125. 4Gb is £200. I phoned your call centre and they brought it down to *only* four times my current monthly payment for the same data allowance. I honestly think what you're doing is illegal.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just ordered again don't think much will change , account not the problem as wife has three and same problems ,both leaving when contract up and bs35 2 area coverage is rubbish and everywhere I go people can't hear me after a few minutes on the phone
