    @ThreeUK I am having the worst data connection around the Thornton Heath area, I never was like this but for the past 48 hours is getting worse even if I’m in the middle of the road or high street. I am not able to connect & yes everything is working fine. Very poor connection.

    @keplerniko @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I live in E1 and work in central London and the city and the 4g signal has been on a steady decline for al least 6 months. Probably due to 5g upgrade works and gently encouraging people to take up 5g when it comes (despite hardly anyone even having 5g devices yet!

    @ThreeUK Shockingly bad experience. Still owed >£100 from April for handset never received. Spoken to 6 Reps. Cut off twice. Waiting time c1hour. Always the wrong person. Groundhog Day. Promised repayment. Still waiting. I want my money back!

    @ThreeUKSupport .@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport just finished a very long and unsatisfactory chat. The matter is still unresolved and I've asked that you involve your Chair of Audit since bills issued by Three can't be relied on suggesting a failure of control which you will want to fix.

    @ThreeUK full signal but nothing is loading in #FinsburyPark. No way to find which bus to take. Calling 333, verified and asked be verified again. Asking me my bank about no. No internet to visit my app. Just asking about the signal in the area. They couldn’t help me and hang up.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is a day too late. Meanwhile because of poor internet reception to central #London (#kingscross, #embankment and my area #FinsburyPark) I am switching to a different provider at the end of this month when my contract expires so I can resolve this situation.

    @Three_Is_Broken @keplerniko @ThreeUK Ive had no 4g at home or in central London where I work for three months. Three keep offering discounts and saying 5g is coming. Wtf. Why can’t they just be honest with everyone and say they can’t cope - it’s not good enough.

    I’ve literally never hated a phone company more then I do @ThreeUKSupport imagine I’m walking around with a phone that doesn’t even have a working sim so I only use it on WiFi and today they charged me £75 for that privilege in a pandemic :)

    @ThreeUKSupport I have unlimited darts but every time I open clubhouse it’s on for 30 seconds and it closes. I’ve checked my phone and it isn’t the problem because on WiFi it works perfectly. What’s going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport I requested my PAC and gave it to my new provider @virginmedia. They’ve told me my contract with you ends only once my number transfers on 23rd March, even though I stopped using your service on 19th and requested cancellation on 20th? No-one mentioned 30 days notice.
