    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah still have my 5 contracts took it's time too sort out since it's outage on the 23/03/20 with some blips no and again but would help to sort old issues out before trying to get new things done first if you get my drift older customers should be more of a priority I think

    @ThreeUKSupport never experienced anything this bad... shameful, been in a store for 2 hours and 3 minutes to get a new phone.. the guys working in the shop are calling 3 customer services like the public and can’t get through..it’s mental and disgusting

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUK And a lot of **** happened no service no help where were you quick to take payments try to sell 5g but not sort out 4g problems so any answers to that I don't think so only reply was blamed it on the corono virus bad enough with the conspiracy of 5g being bad what a joke 🤣🤣🙈

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport We have done all the usual potential fixes: moving it about, playing with settings, ensuring nothing is interfering with the signal etc etc. Your tech team isn’t calling back when they say they will. I have half a mind to throw the thing at a brick wall.

    @PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.

    @ThreeUKSupport The contract runs out at the end of May this year but we've been having problems since roughly June last year it's just come to a head now as I'm trying to home-school 2 of my children but it's nearly impossible as the internet only works sporadically.

    As I've made clear to @ThreeUK my house is very isolated and I've received numerous threats over the last two years. I can't be without a working phone. @ThreeUKSupport suggested I make calls via my internet connection which is no help as my internet is also provided by @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK No signal in CV32 6NT from ANY network!! Please sort this problem out, I can’t make a phone call on my mobile let alone get any internet. Really poor service from ALL networks. I am with Three but will move to another network if this problem is sorted

    Why are @ThreeUK so incompetent. Nothing can ever be simple no? Always an inconvenience. Signal is **** and customer service is ****. Baffles me how a customer based company lack in communication within the actual company!

    TIP: If you're having network problems with @ThreeUK and wasnt informed by them but had your monthly bill taken... Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can cancel/void your contract whilst avoiding any early cancellation penalties.

    This morning I received a text from @ThreeUK telling me, once again, that all problems were resolved and I should restart my device. I restarted, barely any signal. Looked at their status check system: sure enough, still problems here. I need a phone signal.
