I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this wonโt happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts donโt have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over ยฃ100.
