    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that, doesn't work. Didn't expect it to, because this is not an overuse problem. Greyhound lane has been like this for years. It is obviously a weak/faulty signal. The local transmitter needs repairing/boosting. Please get it sorted. Thank you.

Oh AND they threw in a years free subscription to either Spotify or now tv

    @kellymariekirk @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Happened to me 2 days ago When I spoke to 3 they said it was not them my address got changed as well took 2 hours to get through to them to stop the account now waiting for a new sim after 15 years am so upset with the service and time it took

    @ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

    There you go @ThreeUK I'm out of the L12 area & my service is back on, but the 3 people I was with in L12 Liverpool, still have no service & cannot even contact you on their phones, they're all (unfortunately customers of 3) roll on February 2021, free of @Three contract.

    @ThreeUK We don’t know what is happening with the refund and no one in customer services will tell us. This is unacceptable. This all stems from 3 not fulfilling the order and then staff lying about it being on time. (5)

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife ordered a pay monthly phone and had to cancel the order after being assured that the telephone would be delivered on time but it wasn’t (had to cancel and find another contract to avoid paying for another 30 day notice period with previous provider) (1)
