They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

If in doubt, become Karen (I was actually fairly reasonable - we guessed what the issue was, it just took a slight deviation from the standard processes to fix. Though I get why, still a pain to get them to shift)

Apparently contract says that they can’t guarantee consistent internet. What are we all paying for?? Shocking service!! And letting down your own key workers.
