    @btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

    @bt_uk We currently have @skytv but after a week of little to no signal, the sky engineers have confirmed it’s an issue with trees out issue of our garden so sky looks like a no go! We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

    Hi @bt_uk, I moved in my new house two weeks today and I still have no internet and your doing nothing to fix it. I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

    Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

    @bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

    @bt_uk the worst service in the UK. I’m still getting bills for a service I stopped in January. Absolutely shambolic. I stopped being a customer 3 months ago yet here I am on hold to BT. What a joke.

    @ehsaan_faramosh @bt_uk Same problem and story here. Still waiting after weeks of phone calls x 4 no shows for new connection. Even Hybrid doesn't work. And yes we've spent an equivalent of a week on the phone to every department possible. Days off work now too. Unbelievable BT.

    @Lenderz @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I emailed Steve jobs to get a MacBook replaced once. If in doubt, become Karen (I was actually fairly reasonable - we guessed what the issue was, it just took a slight deviation from the standard processes to fix. Though I get why, still a pain to get them to shift)

    @bt_uk That’s rich. My BT broadband is so rubbish we can only watch one of our 3 skyQ boxes at any one time. Or use an Xbox. But can’t do 2 things at once. Don’t be fooled by this garbage. OurBT broadband is so slow I keep listening for dial up sounds.

    @bt_uk Mines up and down all the time at the moment and the unbreakable is wrong there’s a down time between the router losing connection and failing onto the hybrid connection it’s not seem less.

    @bt_uk we are having another terrible (borderline harassment) experience with BT, with another simple ask related to House move. No internet for 8days, no update on when it would be fixed, no backup & no updates. Have spent over 8hrs on calls. Pls help!

    @BTCare my BT TV remote has stopped working! I’ve changed the batteries and it’s still not working. Think it’s finally give up the ghost!! How do I go about getting a new one or a new box? Ive had the box for sometime so maybe need a replacement?

    @bt_uk Thanks John. But tbh our home set up has been checked twice by two different home tech engineers. The last one changed the router and left me to reconfigure the whole house. Perhaps another will find something. There must be something out as this is awful.

    @keesie_kee @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp We’ve had this for 2 weeks & counting! I can’t offer any advice except to switch providers ASAP. You’ll be lucky to get internet that with BT & they will keep charging you while you receive no service. Worst service I’ve ever had with constant lying about work being done.

    @bt_uk Internet works fine in the living room where the router is, speeds are perfect but leave the room and it’s just shocking. I can connect to my neighbours 3 doors down internet in my room yet I can’t even connect to my own
