I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

Disconnected the hybrid hub from the smart hub. I got a funny feeling because that was the only change in the last few weeks to my network.
