They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

I have had to cancel Sky twice and they are booked this Friday. I would like this sorted with an engineer visit tomorrow.

Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

We currently have sky q in three rooms, do bt allows three boxes in the same house??

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.

Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
