  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@BTCare Line has dial tone but crackles and hub light orange. It's deja vu. Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

  • liamlcg MrGrumpy.....Y.N.W.A (@liamlcg) reported from Murton, England

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

  • SunderlanDave Dave Lee (@SunderlanDave) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@mickskehan @Julieat30 Our coverage in the UK went off air with 1 minute of injury time to go ... No apologies at all **** you @btsport @btsportfootball

  • mulcs85 John Mulcahy (@mulcs85) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@IamAustinHealey @Saracens @ChampionsCup @leinsterrugby @btsport Congrats Saracens - but some serious self evaluation needed by Leinster - not why we lost but reffing of offside and breakdown was a bad joke - really has to be addressed - laws already there - enforce them

  • TVBCJonpaul Jonpaul Heron (@TVBCJonpaul) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Working fine all day, week and month. Now watching #ChampionsLeagueFinal2019 on @btsport on YouTube and it’s now poor. Very interesting.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

  • breenster breenster & 🐶 (@breenster) reported from Wylam, England

@bt_uk I have no idea, I just want someone to access the fault that was closed - and reassess, it’s recurred after 14 days of stability I’ve probably been moved back into your faulty network card or suchlike

  • breenster breenster & 🐶 (@breenster) reported from Wylam, England

@bt_uk Dropping out, multiple times a day . It started on 1st Jan after 14 days of stability from previous fix.

  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@BTCare ah we are back to lousy phone line and intermittent access to internet again. Still at least BT closed my complaint. Not happy.

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from South Hetton, England

@bt_uk Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree Please fix my broadband just for me I've waited now for many days (17 and counting) Many promises fade in the haze Oh Christmas tree oh Christmas tree Please make my broadband work for me

  • JPaulGreen John Paul Green (@JPaulGreen) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Still paying for @bt_uk @BTCare and get getting less than full service and yet to be compensated for the hell that was BT between Aug and end of October. 2019 now and can't hear people speak on a landline @Ofcom

  • MrsP1001 MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

  • CraigShitpeas Craig Shitpeas (@CraigShitpeas) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Rochdale’s 40yr old forward more effective than #Nufc 40million pound one. He is awful. No heart, no touch, no industry just dreadful. Well done #rochdale a deserved payday. They should have won it. They still might! #facup #btsport

  • SunderlanDave Dave Lee (@SunderlanDave) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@btsport Steve McManaman has to be the worst co-commentator in the history of co-commentators #LIVBAR #ChampionsLeague

@SkySports why doesn’t your app have Picture in Picture functionality on iOS ? @btsport does. Their app is 10x better than yours, and their Windows functionality is better. You’re so far behind the curve it’s awful.

  • MargeDacre Marge Dacre (@MargeDacre) reported

@bt_uk inconsistent WiFi streaming today spoiling the rugby. No problem last week. Run tests but nothing showing on your app. Other tests showing speed variation. Cant get through on phone

  • jameswigmore Jim Wigmore (@jameswigmore) reported

Peter Walton shut ******** up, first of all you say the penalty should have stood, then you say he got the ball so it’s not, then it is because he made contact with the other player after he touched the ball, incisive opinion. #doughnut #BTSport

  • TrishaSummerfi2 Trisha Summerfield (@TrishaSummerfi2) reported
