Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

Options seem limited!!

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency
