@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

  • emilyraylondon Emily Ray (@emilyraylondon) reported from London, England

Will never know why @bt_uk think it’s fair to 1) advertise fibre 2 on the website being available and 2) think it’s fair in 2022 that speeds under 70Mb is “fast”

  • skinimum skinimum (@skinimum) reported

@bt_uk Had fibre installed by OpenReach 2 wks ago but it does not work. We run a business from home and have no Wi-Fi Service from BT wholesale is not fit for purpose.

  • RichieUK_TTV Richie #SaveNeighbours (@RichieUK_TTV) reported

@BTCare Why can't I order? It says "We’re sorry… We cannot take your order at the moment. Please call us on 0800 800 150 to renew or change your bundle" - I'm not a customer and my anxiety prevents me from calling?

@RealSplinterUK @bt_uk Not in my area, I hear Grain is meant to be the network for South Shields - but nothing for my part of town

  • sophiadavis92 Sophia (@sophiadavis92) reported

  • JoeCaithness Joe Caithness Mastering (@JoeCaithness) reported

Why are @bt_uk and "Money Expert"(?) sending people to my door asking private questions and being pushy/not leaving until I literally closed the door? Great way to get me to >never< use your product!

  • xcazza97 𝕔𝕒𝕫𝕫𝕒 (@xcazza97) reported

@bt_uk why has my internet went down for

  • RichieUK_TTV Richie #SaveNeighbours (@RichieUK_TTV) reported

@RealSplinterUK @bt_uk Unfortunately Cityfibre hasn’t Fiberd yet and virgin was looking for £72/month so I’ve had to cancel! I don’t get much income this year and with my energy bills being £300 I don’t have more than £70 free to pay for internet, food and travel :(
