@bt_uk Having greeted the chap, I am aware. Just getting more frustrated that I reported the issue on 1st Oct and it has taken this long to get, what appears to be a simple error, attended. Fingers crossed he can fix it 🤞🏻and that I receive adequate compensation for the lack of service

It needs another survey. Estimated fix date of 30th October, nearly a month after the incident. Very poor service and support from @interhaul @bt_uk and @BTSopenreach. Not a happy customer.

@bt_uk Yes I reported it Friday evening, was told that it would be sorted over night and will be working in the morning (Saturday), phoned again Saturday morning and was told it would be Monday now. Have never had these problems with previous internet providers.

@bt_uk I recognise that, but at the same time, the fact that I have had to chase BT and spent over 9 hours - mostly on hold, and had several empty promises of call backs not happen. At the end of the day a cable is broken and needs replacing. Apparently they now need another survey.
