    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    It rained yesterday. Phone line down again. This is the fourth time in six months. @bt_uk are hopeless.

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    @bt_uk That could be it as I have been into the hub manager before and it worked no problems. So obviously I must have missed the prompt to change the password.

    @bt_uk I have the Whole Home discs - your guest network seems to be 5GHz only - that’s no use if we want to run a guest Wi-Fi for connecting IoT stuff! Many require 2.4GHz

    @bt_uk ruining mine & my recently widowed grandmothers lives. 6 weeks of threats, empty promises and demands of speaking to my dead grandfather. In shock about the lack of compassion &poor customer service. Threats to my grandmother of sending debt collectors, pls reply ASAP.

    @bt_uk Yes but looks like I won’t have service till next Friday at the earliest which is not ideal then still have to wait for fibre to become available not quite the upgrade I was hoping for when switched from sky

    @btbusinesscare BT are saying I still@have to pay, even though it wasn’t working!! If I’m not happy, which I’m obviously not, I can take to the ombudsman or legal action. It’s for a service that WAS NOT working!

    @bt_uk I think it is a smart hub. And I understand the screen shot is from a Wi-fi device. TBF I imagine most people use Wi-fi & generally speaking my Wi-fi connection is in the mid to high 30s. Recently though it and the wired connections I do have have been slow or failing completely

    @bt_uk Apologies, my dig was more aimed at the so called football supporters who abuse their own players, then put up messages of support. From what I've seen, BT sport has always shown a great attitude towards diversity both on social media platforms and on TV.
