  @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

  @Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
