  @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services.   My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

  @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

  @scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.

  @bt_uk I have had possibly the worst internet from you over the past 4 years! I pay for 950mb and barely get 130mbps on a good day. Fobbed off every time I speak to customer service. Never again
