    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    @bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk all corporate fat cat institutions with terrible customer service like BT should be stripped of the ‘British’ within their titles. These institutions are only their to serve their shareholders and unfortunately have the monopoly on our telecom infrastructure! Shame on u BT
