@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk Totally unprofessional customer service. They are unable to fulfil my service and will not process a complaint because the manager was busy!!! Stay clear of BT broadband, stick with SKY or others, at least they give you what you pay for.

@btsport we bought bt sport 1 month pass on our smart TV for 25 pounds. The app only worked sometimes. Called to complain and you choose to do nothing. Waste of money. Please avoid if you don't want terrible customer service.

@bt_uk been a loyal customer for years. Found bill had gradually increased to £50/m over the years and was advised to change package reassured it wouldn't affect me if I had to move (Dec 2020). Now being charged £120 for "ending my contract early." Is this how you reward loyalty?
