  @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services.   @bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

  @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

  @bt_uk Sorry, but this is becoming a part time job. I took out EE contract to watch some Tele not to spend my days troubleshooting poor quality hardware. I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.
