Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
