@bt_uk Twice today I’ve called 0800 800 150 & spoken to 2 helpful operators about my BT minihub signal dropping out; I’ve moved house & won’t get proper BT Wi-fi until 23/1/20. Halfway through both calls I’ve been cut off! Help!!!!@bt_uk still dropped out! Help!!!

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

As well as using the kiosks as repeater cells for the mobile network, if you are going to move to VoIP you can also use the kiosks as wireless hot spots for customers & those who want to pay to use faster internet @bt_uk

@bt_uk Apologies, replied to other tweet. Networks currently are EE and Three - also have had O2, and Tesco too I think. They are elderly. Mobile can't get signal in house OR in street (so can't sit in car and phone either). Odd email might come through but can't use phone or net

@bt_uk Hi, yes he did fix the issue temporarily and unfortunately we still do not have wifi in half the flat. He mentioned getting extenders? I paid an extra £50 a few months ago for an extender that doesnt work. He said I should replace with discs. I am not paying again for this
