    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    anyone ever has problems with @bt_uk Internet broadband? After almost 7 years I am with them. I have prolong problems. Poor line, charging me way too much thn what agreed. Refused to fix the problem and refuse to cancel my contract. Imprisonment.

    When will commentators realise that if you win an "away" leg by X goals to NIL, they will never ever ever count in the strictest sense of an away goal? @btsport @btsportfootball @GaryLineker You could win 50-0 away from home, and the literal away goals rule will never take effect
