@bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

@bt_uk Ok its 0.11 mbps download, 0.13 upload. (Thats from google) cant login because i cant remember my password and it wont reset for some reason

@bt_uk we have now been without internet for a week and just had the rudest customer service advisor essentially say there was nothing you can do. This is appalling service, what do you suggest we do?

@bt_uk You can say all this you changebthe dates to 7 days later add charges lower people Internet to a **** service so you can make more money we pay 40 for 20mb upload meant be 40 on top that you swap people channels to a shitter service then offer channels to be changed ourself💩
