Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@MarkAyresRWS @bt_uk When my previous burglar alarm developed a fault, rather than fix it the company replaced it with a new one so it would be ‘digital-ready’ - to kill two birds with one stone. So, depending on how old your system is it might be compatible already.

@bt_uk Hi, I have bt sport paid monthly and the website clearly informed me this could be cancelled at any time online, this clearly isn’t the case as the site sends you round in circles. Could someone please come back to me and cancel any further payments. Thank you
