@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk Issue was logged Thursday. Internet dropped out completely 8am yesterday, offline now for 24hrs. Also no landline. 4G unstable and we're feeling very isolated with little or no means of communication. Not heard anything from BT. Are engineers working on it?
