Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

@bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

@bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@bt_uk Absolutely useless at resolving an error. Broadband down since 24th. The support staff have been trying to book an appointment with no luck due to system faults. No call backs, no updates and a FTTP supposedly the fastest 900 Mbps connection has gone down to 0 Mbps

@parkersarms @btbusinesscare I have had this with my childcare business, 100 or more children on any one day and no means of contacting parents/emergency services (yes we have our mobiles but these should be turned off for safeguarding reasons) absolutely no care from BT on 2 or 3 occasions 🫤

Who do I need to talk to in order to cancel my @virginmedia contract?called them 14th February to give my 30days notice, everything was scheduled till 16th of March. The operator tried to make me stay, I refused because I’ll pay even less with @bt_uk and have a faster connection
