We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

may not have got what i wanted but i did find out that @bt_uk do have a internet service for people who are claiming benefits, it wont be advertised on the site but its there, about 50 down tops for about £20 worth looking for
