For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

I reported my mother's landline was down at 10am today. I explained she is 91 & it connects to her emergency alarm. She is a priority. It isn't sorted. Come on @BT_Openreach @bt_uk . We seem to have different ideas on 'within 4 hrs'

@bt_uk We've done the fault check online, it's saying there's no issue, which there clearly is. We pay alot of money for a service and it's not fit for purpose. If we could get virgin in our area we'd be gone.
