Proper rubbish boxing on BT again, taking nothing away from DDD can only beat what’s in front of him
-
Andrew Erskine (@erskineandrew) reported from Sevenoaks, EnglandFor both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.
-
Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, EnglandWeek 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.
-
Laura Ring (@mrslring) reported from Maidstone, England@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Tina (@tina_rgb) reported@bt_uk That post proves my point. Digital Voice requires a BT hub. Nowhere in the community page does it mention an adapter that would replace this requirement? The Hub 2 for residential use offers no Bridge mode so can't be reliably used as a modem. Contradicting what support insists.
-
Kevin Busby (@kevin_busby) reported@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk Can you not go back & say you can’t pay as it will cause inflation to rise & the priority is to get inflation down? Works for the government 👍
-
Jack (@J_92__) reported@MarcSDuffy @fnafilms @bt_uk Virgin, but they said they’re putting my bill up by nearly £20 a month in April. I’m thinking of getting one of those new customer offers with Sky
-
NB (@netbreed) reported@bt_uk internet goes down at least 5x a day. 1995 called me today to laugh at my speeds. What is going on with you lot?
-
Kate P (@KatePar20314712) reported@bt_uk hi can anyone help my broadband is continuously losing connection for a few seconds several times a day. Very frustrating and annoying. Was fine before fibre lines were laid in my area recently!
-
Bill Harmer (@bill_harmer53) reported@bt_uk Still monitoring the broadband connection. Superfast broadband was running at around 1-2 Mb/sec, now improved to 35-40 but still a little unstable.
-
Jezzer🇬🇧⛷🦡🏎️🗼🌳 (@jezzerb1) reported@bt_uk Not sure they are confused, both saying they are identical, and couldn't explain the price difference? It appears to get the price down, they offer you a discount, but then switch you to Fibre one, saying it is the same as Fibre 2. It's not good and seems very underhand.
-
Olly (@OllyHFR) reported@MarcSDuffy @bt_uk I’m BT too and its terrible. Last night my mam came round and i updated her laptop, and as a result I couldnt watch the match on mine. Street behind us is currently getting fibre so I’m hoping we’re next.
-
Sonia Rossi 🇮🇹 🇬🇧 (@srossi72) reported@bt_uk Been having this issue for years but....The last 2 to 3 days my broadband connection has been dropping every 5 minutes, all day. Any idea why?
