Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!
