    @bt_uk I am still waiting for a response a request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    @btbusinesscare Well I hope it is soon. I can’t express how disastrous and costly this has been to our charity. The worst thing is, when we called, you just didn’t care... no sense of urgency, no empathy for our situation. How awful we have to call you out on Twitter before we can get action?

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    Hi @bt_uk. Just wondering what the broadband fault in the Brighton area is being caused by? There is no report on your website but I reported a fault 5 days ago and my neighbours and I have experienced slow internet since this day. Speeds are currently between 3-5mbps.

    Once again being let down by @bt_uk Was looking forward to watching Ireland vs Scotland on @primevideosport but our internet is to slow. Just to put the cherry on the cake it now also says @btsport is not part of our package, despite taking our money! Technology 😡

    @bt_uk No, I'm not a customer. I had an email from my bank. I spoke to someone earlier and he said the account has been marked as fraudulent, so cancelled the DD. I hope they get to the bottom of it though, I don't like the idea that this person is using my bank details!
