@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

@bt_uk said they’ll give me a partial refund and as the device is out of warranty - in line with consumer law. So again, if you buy an @Apple product from an authorised retailer & it’s faulty after 1 year, you will have to pay for the repair & @Apple will do NOTHING to help 3/3

@btsport Help me out here! BTSport App ipad won't access test match replay - error VC526 - all other content works. Test match works on phone but I want to watch on bigger screen. Everything reset, tried tethering to 4G nothing. I watch test cricket for the serenity....

@bt_uk I was advised to raise an official complaint which I agreed to, then was told I would have to wait for a letter within 54 days…. 3 hours later received an email stating my complaint was now closed.

@bt_uk I did get in touch - I spoke to 2 people and they were cold and said we won’t do anything for you but offer a partial refund AFTER we’ve done our own tests. I have a report from @apple proving the manufacturer fault and no misuse or water damage identified. 1/2
