  @bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?   Another 3 hours on phone to @bt_uk today. Still unresolved, still no call back from manager, still no email as promised from bosses. Comfortably the worst customer service in the UK.

  @btbusinesscare Hi have you guys fixed the issue the web ex portal error? There is an unknown error causing a problem. this was the start of the error but to be told by support im making it up is a joke even with images of it.

  @bt_uk i had my bt email account hacked after putting my login details into a spurious email. I regained access to my email by changing the password but I don’t seem to receive emails and emails that say they have been sent don’t get received. How can I rectify this?
