Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

@UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

@bt_uk hi there, an engineer went today to install my broadband. It works well but as I want to connect my smart TV on the network a « connection to the internet is not possible. The gateway doesn’t respond » message occurs. Would you help me fix this? Thanks a lot!!

@jamclarkey @cyberco @bt_uk I get that but its like a lot at the moment (see also bank branch closures) which favour the suppliers whilst many customers get no benefit. We lose an always on copper emergency phone line, whilst Bath isn't likely to get Openreach Full Fibre to the property until after 2026

@bt_uk Now 50+ days without any connection due to BT's inability to provide a service. Cancelled my £81-a-month contract in despair last week - yet a fourth #OpenReach engineer turned up yesterday and "connected" me. Still nothing. #OFCOM
