@bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@VizibleDarkness @btsport Does it just not work on the device? Or buffers, or crap quality? the fact it is delayed to live is normal for streaming apps (to prevent buffering). I live in london and on multiple android devices has always worked great, so don't think congestion an issue

@bt_uk Thanks. There is no problem watching it through the app on the iPad or iPhone. I have seen posts on your forums with people stating exactly the same problem on their XBox Series X. It is as if it is not forcing the XBox to play the stream in 50hz.
