Gary Jones (@garageowns) reported from Hackney, England@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

-
Jenny Collins (@radioheadjen) reported from Tottenham, England@la_riviere @bt_uk Totally. It’s why I will never feel sorry for the royal family - they’ve never had to deal with a telecoms call centre.
-
jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider
-
S.A (@ShadaBhaiShahed) reported from Stratford, England@bt_uk hi I really need help urgently, an open reach engineer came on Monday to install my complete Wi-fi package it was working fine. Sean Kerrigan (@seankerrigan) reported from Ilford, England@norfolkbirdtour @bt_uk Surely Labour is far more expensive than a bit of cable .... so put cheap crap in and when it fails come back and do it again .... senseless
-
George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.
-
Alison Bannister (@curli) reported from Broxbourne District, England@bt_uk Yes logged into my BT account. It seems to happens whichever upgrade option I pick. Had same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to upgrade
-
farah says (@Farah_Lou) reported from Loughton, England@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.
-
George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England@bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.
-
theatregirl (@theatregirl5264) reported from Barnet, England@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.
-
Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family
-
Christiana Petrou (@chrissiemoux) reported from Romford, England@bt_uk Need help! 3rd time asking! The cab outside my house is making a load rustling noise! I can hear it watching TV and in bed. I am worried it isn’t SAFE. PLEASE HELP!
-
Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

Sam Ó hAtháirne (@OhAthairne) reported from Islington, EnglandListening to Glenn hoddle mispronounce names on @btsport is like scraping your finger nails down a blackboard. #cringe
