    @bt_uk I am still waiting to my response in regards to my request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    Wow. Just Wow. @BTCare actually deliberately cut me off and refused to speak to me as I was "not a manager". Truly horrible "customer serivce" dealing with an account that's been in place for well over 40 years. @BTCare ? No you don't.
