    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    @bt_uk Hi. When it drops it goes red to green to blue. It looks like the speed is slowly handshaking its way down to zero. Every drop restarts and lowers the speed

    @OpenreachHelp Yes, I had, but @BTCare told me to reach out to you. @BTCare what info do you need to resolve this before I lodge a complaint with @ICOnews regarding this because the STOP reply clearly hasn’t worked.

    @bt_uk Very frustrating, my landline is broken, we’ve reported it BUT we keep getting texts talking about our broadband! UNPROFESSIONAL! Listen to what we’re saying (3x now).. Broadband = FINE, Landline = BROKEN!

    @bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

    @bt_uk We have been sent the wrong things 3 times . And without WiFi for a month due to people sending us the wrong wires again and again it’s so bad !!!!

    @btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

    So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

    @bt_uk my 89 year old mother in law has been without a phone for nearly 6 weeks now. She doesn’t have a mobile and she has serious health problems. She has contacted you numerous times via a friends phone but to no avail. I think this is unacceptable treatment of one living alone

    @DaveThePepper @bt_uk Hi. I did. They spoke to their BT engineer who said I needed to give them some information but can never access the tech line given to me as IVR requires BT bband account number.

    @BTCare Interesting. BT have offered me a deal on my Broadband called Halo 3. For that I get a 4G dongle in case my Broadband goes down at home and all for just an extra £12 a month. So now I can have **** Broadband and **** 4G reception in my area for just £12 extra a month.

    @bt_uk Hi - this doesn’t seem to have settled yet. Upload seems about right (110mbps) but download fluctuates between 220-440mbps. These are great speeds - but not what I’m paying for. I can’t use the My Bt app to do a speed test as it errors every time. Any suggestions would be great!
