I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
