    Imagine paying ยฃ20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always โ€˜busyโ€™ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

    @tommyhill33 @btsport @btsportmotogp I am EE mobile phone network and got it for ยฃ5 a month on 3 devices just down load the app to the tv and sign ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ or use a laptop and usb to hdmi lead to the tv ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ a

    Iโ€™m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare canโ€™t even accept my report of a line fault because Iโ€™m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

    @bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didnโ€™t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.

    @LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? Iโ€™m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that theyโ€™re unaware though.

    @btsport hi Iโ€™ve been trying to contact bt customer services on the phone a few times to cancel my bf sport package but canโ€™t get through (been on hold 3 times for 30 mins+ and keeps cutting off). Please can someone get in touch urgently to help. Thanks

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!
