    I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

    @bt_uk Yes but looks like I won’t have service till next Friday at the earliest which is not ideal then still have to wait for fibre to become available not quite the upgrade I was hoping for when switched from sky

    100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

    @bt_uk no engineer even assigned to the complaint. Huge loss, cannot see patients, cannot get phone calls, cannot take payments. BT is a disgrace

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.     Arrrggggghhhhhh I can’t solve this broken internet problem and @btbusinesscare won’t speak to me as I’m not named on the account. People all over Cranleigh are having major issues with no/slow internet and it’s impossible to get it resolved.

    @bt_uk Hilarious! I have to chair our parish council meeting on my mobile phone (not BT as there is no signal) tonight as our broadband has gone wrong again and BT won’t switch on the mini hub as I have an open order for a new hub I have been forced to get to try to restore broadband

    @bt_uk can you pls tell me an alternative way of raising a fault? I've had an engineer out already but just done a continues stability test. My upload and Download are never "good" at the same time with frequent upload jitter of 150ms+ and massive packetloss. Getting frustrating
