@bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

@bt_uk finally had a 3rd visit from Openreach engineer today who rather than stealing our line back connected it to a new cabinet.Apparently we need cease + reprovide to fix this but nobody in your call centre seem to know how to do this after 9 transfers and 2hours on the phone

Incredibly poor service from BT @bt_uk . 3 missed engineer visits. Different excuse each time. Now having to wait 24 hrs before a new appointment can be booked. No Wi-Fi for nearly 2 weeks. Mini hub doesn’t work sufficiently. Husband losing money as he can’t work.
