You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

Joining with BT was supposed to improve EE broadband+ but actually made it worse. EE bought Orange then closed down local Orange mast making half my home blackspot. We have now left EE/BT.
