I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @TherionWare @bt_uk Make a formal complaint and at each point they tell you there’s nothing more they can do, escalate it. And keep doing so. To the Chief Exec if need be. It will eventually end up with someone who can fix it. Worked for me.

I signed up for @TalkTalk #fullfibre and I’ve gone from full wifi access over my house to only the kitchen having reliable signal and apparently the answer is pay extra for full house. I can access neighbours @bt_uk and @virginmedia signal but not my own #notgoodenough
