I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. I’m becoming fed up with @bt_uk. Not only does their internet supply disconnect for a random period of time every Friday evening without fail (thank heavens for 4G…), but there seems to be serious, ongoing reliability issues with their e-mail at the moment too.

@crouchy9 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Was told Wednesday they were installing, never showed up. Phoned up complained, the BT guy spoke with openreach, called me back Thursday morning and told me they’ve got me in for an emergency appointment as they didn’t show, today. Never showed again
