    @bt_uk What a joke! My parents live in Abbotts Ann. They have been without phone and internet 2 WEEKS after roadworks. Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk and contractors haven’t fixed it. A disgrace! They are in 80s

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

    @bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!

    @LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

    @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk I recently dig up and broke an underground cable which supplied my elderly neighbours’ landline. I reported this fault in a lengthy communication with a charming young lady from India. I keep getting delays and promises that “our engineers are working to find cause” Help!

    Put in a complaint to @bt_uk about a default notice for an amount owed on an account they didn’t tell us about. They told us to raise a dispute via a credit agency (which we did) but *really* I want to know why they couldn’t get in touch with us before mucking up my CR

    When your @bt_uk internet goes down multiple times. You find out its cos an engineer is working on the street cab, got to disconnect loads of houses to work on one - sounds like great design to me.

    @michaelc1961 @btsport Literally the only reason they've done a cheque is because a percentage of people will never cash it, particularly during a pandemic. Scummy move from them especially as they already have your banking details and creating, packaging and sending a cheque is so much more effort

    @bt_uk I left a fantastic broadband provider like BT to go to a bunch of cowboys. I wish I could come back BT and leave @virginmedia they have poor customer service and poor quality internet connection. As they say you pay peanuts you get monkeys and that's insulating monkeys

    I just received a cheque from @btsport I mean who even uses cheques these days - they owe me £25 and I get a cheque for £24.19 Try paying them with a cheque! No prize for guessing what they would say to that - never EVER buyING anything from BT again as long as I live
