  @bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   @LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

  @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

  Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me

  @bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

  @bt_uk wifi is dropping to ridiculously slow levels ( 2.4mbps). Contract has just run out....coincidence? Tried to do an online check and your online service is down. Shocking
