Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Brian Thanks 4 t reply. I do now have an open complaint and complaint number. The irony is that the case officer has to cancel my original contract, wait 24hours, then create a new one in order to bring the FF install date forward! that's just crazy and inefficient right!

So its now the 4th time @bt_uk have pushed my install date back for fibre broadband despite complaint escalation. My patience which was worn to the thinnest has now completely evaporated. Almost 2 since my 1st install date. Completely ridiculous.
