Jack-Dog (@JackDogAiredale) reported from Busbridge, England@Marcuspdm Hoomum woke up and is now awake trying to sort out her stoopid @BTGroup @bt_uk broadband 😡🤬For a business that is “breaking down the barriers of today to release the potential of tomorrow” they do seem monumentally hopeless.
-
Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Wokingham, England100% with Gary Neville on this and I find it weird @SkySports @SkySportsPL needs to say this isn’t their view. You’re the broadcaster FFS; take a principled stand. You and @bt_uk have the power to force premier league to address the issues. Don’t be cowards.

Dark-Knight-Bananaman42 (@DBananaman42) reported from Sunningdale, England@ChadSpeedfight2 @jerryzukowski @btsportmotogp @MotoGP @lorenzo99 @26_DaniPedrosa @Official_CS27 @ValeYellow46 @btsport Moro 2 and MotoGP bikes are totally different. Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@bt_uk Hello! 👋 Apologies this may be a silly query, but I did the auto-fault reporting thing 2 days ago, and it kept alternating between saying it was ok and saying it wasn't, so I just want to check that the slow broadband connection actually did get reported properly? Thanks!
-
Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, EnglandI’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.
-
floralclaire (@floralclaire) reported from Bracknell, England@bt_uk What a joke! My parents live in Abbotts Ann. They have been without phone and internet 2 WEEKS after roadworks. Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk and contractors haven’t fixed it. A disgrace! They are in 80s
-
Gracie (@SarahJGrace1) reported from Godalming, England@bt_uk It clocked with me about the silence as I stopped myself. Then as you can see the other attempts didn’t work. The message said the help desk is closed, sorry for any inconvenience and no other options given.
-
Andrew Mussenden (@A_Mussenden) reported from Chertsey, England@giantdaz @powndland @karlhenry08 @btsport @SkyNews @SkyFootball @premierleague This could get complicated but im sure illegal occupation of lands is where this whole issue started. Imperialism. Slavery etc.Very much their agenda. Incidentally I am not speaking for BLM.
-
Amit Champaneri (@AmitChampaneri1) reported from Virginia Water, England@btsport If Juve rejected the chance to sign him because of Kulusevski joining, it must go down as the biggest mistake since we let go of Henry!!! Or worse...
-
⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England@bt_uk A fix has already been run! I would like to claim for these historical issues separately to trying to fix any persisting ones. Otherwise I'm thinking I might not ever be compensated :) fix already done!
-
John Tripp (@HartTrippy) reported from Yateley, England@bt_uk do you have issues with email spam filters? Inbox full of rubbish 😐
-
Martin Bamford (@martinbamford) reported from Cranleigh, England@LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

-
Seán (@mylastsatoshi) reported@bt_uk Hello. A customer of yours in Ireland had their internet disconnected yesterday. The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.
-
Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk again. Still waiting on my fault being fixed. Tried to ring. Got told to hang up and text. BOT rubbish and no follow up. Any help from a person available?
-
W H A T A W A L L Y ©️ (@whatawallyart) reported@bt_uk broadband is running slow I’m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they can’t help me as hub looks normal yet I’m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they won’t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?
-
Global_Mongrel (@Global_Mongrel) reportedWhy do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.
