It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

@bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

@emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

@bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

@bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@bt_uk We’ve had no broadband since the 19th of April so not so unbreakable!!!? Still waiting to know when our internet will be back and how we’ll be compensated for the massive issues this has caused. Both my husband and I have been complaining non stop and still no resolution.

@heiehekndke @bt_uk It wasn't blocked for me either. I don't think anyone had it blocked. I assume something on BTs end suddenly blocked the website for some reason. Hopefully they fix it for people who don't know how to get into parental controls

@bt_uk ….STILL waiting for BT to repair the damage that Openreach caused to our line. Openreach employee said it was not at my our home. Calls are taped, so we know when damage occurred, so why isn’t BT providing the service we pay for?

Engineer didn’t turn up to help my elderly mother set up her @bt_uk broadband, tv and landline… and can’t actually get through to an actual human to sort it! Other providers have much better customer service!

@bt_uk By the way.. the highest number of visits by engineers to our village all reporting ‘no problem in the home’m is 11. Eleven visits - presumably paid for by BT shareholders. It has been suggested that @openreach and BT present some organisation of Inefficiency Cup.🏆

Many people told me when I worked there BT were terrible but it’s not til you become a @BTBusiness customer you realise what they are talking about. It’s quite incredible that 9 mths down the line we still face issues with broadband and billing! Not good enough @btbusinesscare

@bt_uk Awaiting a call back. A 3 day SLA is totally unacceptable. Refund required for the service you are not providing please. I have TV, Broadband and phone with you. Pretty poor
